When X-rays were taken, the short chin was too severe, so after consultation with Y Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, we decided to perform chin tip advancement surgery.

Surgery was performed after general anesthesia. 
After waking up from anesthesia, I was hospitalized for about 3 hours and then discharged.
The anesthesia didn't break completely, so I was a little sleepy and only the area where I wore the tug was a little sore.

1 week after surgery
The swelling got worse and the most severe after 4-5 days.
There was some pain, and I couldn't eat a regular meal.
I ate soft foods like porridge.

2 weeks after surgery
The swelling goes down little by little. In the 1st week, if there was discomfort in speaking due to a little swelling on the chin side, in the 2nd week
The discomfort was not severe. You can see that the swelling goes down enough to eat soft food, eggs, etc. Apparently, there is a small bruise on the chin.

3 weeks after surgery
I went to the hospital to have the stitches removed. Externally, although the swelling was almost gone, there was no discomfort at all in talking or eating. Compared to before the surgery, the chin feels tighter, but it doesn't interfere with daily life at all. The bruise on the chin is almost gone, so it is only slightly visible.

When there is swelling, applying cold and warm compresses and taking a walk during the day to try to reduce the swelling seems to have helped to some extent.
