We perform a T cutting on the tip of the jaw avoiding the nerve line and then remove the upper and middle bone fragment.

Connect the end of the resected jaws and perform the mandible resection surgery to remove the side chin bones. And then fix the front chin bones with pins. Pins are harmless for the human and can be removed later.
