It seems like yesterday that I outlined it, but it's already been a little over a month.I really thought I was running out of time.
The other day, I wrote a review for the 1st or 2nd week, and I came to keep my promise that I would come back to write a review again in about a month.
If I write a review in detail, it may be a bit long, but I hope it will be of some help to those who are contemplating surgery to see what life is like after surgery :-)
I feel like I have a slightly protruding mouth, so I improved my protruding mouth without both jaws through surgery on the cheekbones, square jaw, and front jaw!!!!!!

<Week 3> Others say that they only ate soy milk or protein drinks for a few days or a week.
I wonder if my recovery is slower than other people, until the 2nd week
I only filled my stomach with liquids such as soy milk, protein drinks, and pumpkin juice, and from the 3rd week, they said it was okay to grind soup or porridge, so I started eating soup from the 3rd week.
While eating soup, there are times when small ingredients are chewed, and I was a bit too lazy to chew the ingredients, but it was nice to be able to eat something other than drink.
Before that, I just drank so I felt hungry even when I was full, and there were times when I felt dizzy, but I felt like I was living a normal life when I ground soup or porridge and ate it little by little with a teaspoon.. haha
I still slept sitting on a triangle cushion.
I tried to sleep leaning on a high pillow instead of a triangle cushion, but I felt pressure on my face, so my back hurt and was uncomfortable, but I slept sitting down.
I slept in a bed, but I slept with a donut cushion on my butt and a soft doll tucked under my waist.
Also, when I went to a cafe to drink something, I always needed paper cups, so I used them little by little.
I used to carry it with me, but from the 3rd week I was able to suck it slowly with a straw, so I think I started to see my friends' faces from the 3rd week.

<Week 4> Starting from the 4th week, I began to eat soft but chewable foods such as steamed egg & tofu.
From the 4th week, my mouth started to burst in earnest ㅠㅠ haha Ice cream or custard
When I tried it, it was not difficult and it was edible, so I started eating, and the weight that I had lost 5 kg in 2 weeks after surgery started to go back and forth by 1-2 kg these days....
These days, I don't skip a day, and I think I walked at least 10,000 steps and at most 25,000 steps.
If I don't do this, I think I'll get stabbed after losing 5 kg haha
Every time I think of warm compresses, I work hard, and I am still diligently eating pumpkin juice.
When I visited the hospital for a month, I asked the director if it was okay to eat yellowtail sashimi, but the director burst out laughing and asked if I had to eat it.
The director said that he would not be able to eat it this winter, so he waited for another year and then replied that he would have to eat it haha
They said it should take 3 months.
And I don't have much face fat, but because the director swells up a little, it looks like I have cheek fat, so it's rather
He asked if it wasn't good, so he said he was considering a facial fat transplant if the swelling went away.
And when I laugh, the clown catches me so much that I ask if I should refrain from laughing.
It's okay if you don't open your mouth and laugh out loud.. haha
And I was thinking about lifting laser treatment, but I asked if the pins had to be removed or if it was possible to do the procedure without removing them, and I poured out a storm of questions to the director, but he didn't bother.
Thanks for all the answers :-)
If it's less, the article will be too long, so I'll stop writing a real review for a month here -!
