It's been 3 months since two jaw surgery and front jaw surgery!

Currently, I consume everything except chewy or hard food.
I tried tough or hard food, but for 3 months after surgery, I ate soft food and easy-to-masticate food, so I don't seem to try to eat it when I see it. I think this part is the biggest difference from before two jaw surgery. Before the surgery, I enjoyed chewy or hard foods, but now that I have braces, I prefer foods that do not get caught in my braces. Overall, it can be seen that there is no difficulty in eating any food.
And I do exercises that focus on not bumping into others almost every day. I also play golf, weights, aerobic exercise, and volleyball as employee training. Although it is a ball game, I am enjoying it because I do not have to collide violently with my opponent like soccer. It's a fact that I feel every day after surgery, but I think the swelling reduction after sweating through sports or walking is the most effective than fasting, hot compresses, or massages. lol
Now is the time when facial adaptation is over. Small swelling still seems to occur after waking up in the morning, but after the big swelling is gone, the small swelling seems to play a part in giving a rounder or warmer impression. As time goes by, it seems that my confidence in my appearance is getting bigger and bigger. Even at work dinners or meeting friends, I always hear compliments about how good-looking I am and how sophisticated I am. In fact, even when I think about it, on a good day, when I look in the mirror, I am satisfied with my own face. I think the fact that selfies are increasing in photo albums is proof.
Oh, and I introduced orthodontic treatment in the 3rd month and at the point where 2 months have passed. Looking back at the intermaxillary fixation period or the wafer fixation period, I feel that orthodontic treatment is relatively easy. I also use an interdental brush after a meal, or use a water pick to be meticulous and have fun in it. Orthodontics is also being carried out at Ygugang, and with the kindness of the director of corrections and dental hygienists, including Dr. Lee Seok-jae, I always come back after the treatment with a comfortable mind and get a sense of satisfaction from the long-distance treatment.
