After returning to work, it has already been 60 days!!
At first, I was intimidated by the changed and swollen face and noticed that I was eating.
I endured it well thanks to the support and consideration of the people around me.
Now my condition is much better, so I eat what I want to eat comfortably, and I take off my mask and go around.
Current status after surgery
It feels like the swelling in the philtrum has gone down a lot compared to the first month. It felt hard under the nose, but it seems to have sunk a lot. Now, while undergoing orthodontic treatment for the second month, I attached an orthodontic device to the tip molars, but it seems that the device touched the cheek and the cheek was rubbed and swollen!
The mouth is opened so that two fingers can enter. I have to practice wider, but I think it's because I'm wearing a rubber band, so I don't practice well.
80% of the senses? It seems to be back and the roof of the mouth is still going to take a little longer!
The lips are also moving freely, and there was a tingling feeling in the gums for several days after the surgery, but that feeling disappeared before I knew it!

Food is...
At first after returning to work, I ate mainly drinks, rice bowls with soup, and noodles, but now I am eating a variety of foods. I don't chew it well, but I want to eat like a normal person on the outside, so I'm chewing it slowly with my teeth. At home, I cut meat, chicken, etc., and chew them slowly and eat them. Haha I happen to be drinking, but I don't drink much and from 3 weeks ago once a week? I'm drinking about! I was worried that it would cause inflammation, but when I went to the orthodontic treatment for the second month, I was relieved to hear that it was recovering without any abnormalities.

Pronunciation, sore throat, etc.
As for speaking, I felt a little clumsy from the time I removed the wafer to the time I put on the braces on my teeth, but now, after the 2nd month, I am speaking without any problems. The lips move freely like before the surgery, so it seems that there is no problem with pronunciation.
Rather, should I say that it seems that the leaky pronunciation has disappeared because it is more comfortable to close my mouth than before the surgery? I think my pronunciation will get better as corrections continue in the future. After the surgery in the beginning, the sore throat and the hoarse feeling were completely gone. As for the neck, there is no discomfort at all now. !
After a month of nasal congestion, a little yellow mucus came out, whether it was a cold or body aches, but it disappeared over time. There is nothing wrong with the present.

correction
For correction, the lower teeth were attached at the first month, the lower teeth were attached, and the upper teeth were attached 2 weeks later.
I wore a rubber band together, but it seemed that the center line of the tooth, which did not fit, moved a little. At first, after braces, my teeth hurt a little, but after about 3 days, it was fine.
During the 2nd month dental treatment, I attached devices to the inside of my molars (I attached braces to the inside of my molars in the 2nd month because my mouth was not open), and the wires were also replaced with thicker ones.
When I tried to brush my teeth the next day, the brace on the inside of my lower right molar fell off. sob
I didn't have time to go to the doctor because I was working, so I decided to attach braces on my lower right molar at the next visit.


Etc...
- It feels like the muscles under the chin are tight, but if you apply force to your lips, it will pop out. When I recover a little more, I will have to get Botox.

- I need to get a health checkup at the company, but when I inquired at the hospital because there was a special checkup item, they said it would be okay after 3 months after two jaws, so I made an appointment for the next month. I also had two jaw surgery, but I think I can easily handle other treatments!

- People around me told me that my face has gotten smaller and cuter. In fact, I wear a mask most of the time, and I have limited people to meet even on holidays, so I haven't been able to show my appearance to many people since the surgery.

I had been stressed and worried for over 10 years until I had two jaw surgery..
I didn't like being photographed or standing in front of others. If you think about it, I never thought about this problem even in most moments of my daily life. Ehyo TT-TT
I went to work and was under a lot of stress until I decided to have surgery, but
In the end, the surgery went well and the recovery seems to be going well.
I think I can live the rest of my life without stressing about this part anymore.
(It seems that mental illness is also healed while undergoing surgery.)
