hello!
Ever since I was young, I heard that my eyes are fine, but the area under my eyes is not so pretty, and the stress on my protruding chin got worse and worse, and I came to think that I must have surgery!
Before starting orthodontic treatment, when I asked if it was possible to improve the protruding chin with orthodontic treatment, all the dentists I consulted with told me that pre-operative orthodontic treatment and two-jaw surgery were required.
After discussing with my parents, I decided to have two jaw surgery, and since I had a surgery plan, I started orthodontic treatment at the dentist I am currently attending.
And when looking for hospitals for two jaw surgery, I looked for various hospitals on plastic surgery apps and YouTube, and went to counseling.
I went to 3 to 4 hospitals for consultation, and when I received a consultation at Ygugang Maxillofacial Surgery and Dental Clinic, I immediately thought, 'Oh, here it is!'
First of all, being an oral and maxillofacial surgeon was the most important thing, and besides that, the director's career, cctv access, anesthesiologist, and most of all, I believed in the fact that it was one surgery a day.
When I consulted with the director, he was very kind, and when I consulted with the director, he did not overdo it and told me only what I needed, so I trusted him even more!
So I decided on double jaw surgery, cheekbones, square jaw, and front jaw surgery!
<Surgery Day>
I thought I would be very nervous, but maybe it was dull, so I slept very well and visited the hospital at 10:00, 30 minutes before the surgery.
As soon as I arrived, I went to the hospital room, changed clothes, organized my luggage, and finally talked about the surgery with the director, and went into the operating room without a moment to be nervous.
As soon as I lie down on the operating table and the anesthesiologist tells me to take a deep breath, I pass out right away,,,
I went into surgery around 10:30 and woke up around 2:40? was
I was on the dull side, so I thought it wouldn't hurt much, but I cried as soon as I woke up from the surgery,,, It hurt so much,,,
I can tolerate the pain, but the uncomfortable breathing is really unbearable and uncomfortable,,,,
The nurse checked my blood pressure and oxygen saturation once an hour throughout the day and gave me medicine.
Thank you for continuing to come at dawn to change the ice pack and taking care of me so well,,!
I woke up every 20 minutes and just spent the night with my eyes open (it hurts so much,,,ㅠ)

<Surgery Day 1>
First of all, in the morning, I removed the nose hose and urine line and received swelling care (swelling care place Honey Jam Zone)
The director came at 10 o'clock and got tired? You removed it and adjusted the wafer occlusion.
And he told me that I had to walk a lot from today, so I tried to move a lot, but it was too hard for me, so I took a little walk in the hospital and only went back to my room.
And they said it was okay to drink water and take New Care, but it was too hard to eat, so I gave up and took a bite of New Care and gargled.
I thought I would be fine after the surgery and even brought my iPad, but when I saw something, my head hurt so much that I ended up talking to my family all day long saying that I was bruised (while writing because I couldn't get a sore throat), and going to the bathroom after sleeping on my own.
And the nurse came and explained to me that I would be discharged tomorrow and explained my life after discharge.

<Surgery Day 2>
I couldn't sleep at dawn, so I packed my stuff early in the morning, went to the bathroom, went to the hospital, and waited for discharge!
I removed the intravenous gel and was discharged after seeing the director for the last time! And I went to the pharmacy right away and got a prescription, but my throat hurt so much that I prescribed a powdered medicine! ( Worst choice,,,)
I was dizzy, so I took a taxi and went home! I couldn't lie down on the bed right after I got home, so I sat and watched mukbang all day to soothe the pain!
Then I ate New Care, then took medicine (medicine tasteless,,,,), gargled, and then on my phone, then I ate New Care, took medicine, gargled, and repeated.
<Surgery Day 3>
I had a really stuffy nose, phlegm kept coming out, coughing (you shouldn't cough,,), I couldn't sleep, I kept waking up, I felt my face swollen, and it was no joke. (Band and ice bath continued) I spent the day.. +Mukbang
<Surgery Day 4~7 (1 week)>
A real swelling legend! I was surprised to see your face in the morning.. Is this really my face.. I can't believe it,,,
At the moment when I was wondering if the surgery went well, I remembered what Dr. Lee Seok-jae and the nurse had told me not to be surprised because up to a week is the maximum swelling.
And since I went out for a walk and kept eating only New Care, I was so hungry that I ordered porridge and ate it! (Do not try food other than drinks,,)
My nose and throat continued to be clogged and painful until the 7th day!
I really regretted having the surgery until the week after (it was really hard), but I had already had the surgery and I spent my days thinking, let's endure it,,, hehe
On the 7th day, I came to the hospital and pulled out the stitches on the side of my ear (zygoma surgery) and disinfected them. The stitches were fine, but it really hurt to disinfect the ones that were tied in my mouth! And now, you can brush your teeth with a baby toothbrush and orthodontic toothbrush, and he told me to clean wafers, so I brushed my teeth right away as soon as I got home!!!!! (From the day of surgery to a week, you only need to gargle and the wafer cannot be attached or detached) Really, very, very refreshing,,,,
<Day 8~Day 14 (2 weeks)>
I ate the powdered medicine until the 7th day, but I really couldn't eat it, so when I visited the hospital, I went to the pharmacy again and got it as a pill.. (My money,,,)
From the 8th day, the nose is pierced and the phlegm is gone (heaven begins,,,) and the body is back to its original condition!!!!
Now I grind only about 50% of the porridge and eat it, the medicine goes well, and the real human life is delicious.
As the swelling started to go down, I could see the sunken chin,,,,!!! It was a whole new world,,,,><
From this point on, I stopped watching Mukbang and went back to my daily routine!! (Of course very carefully)
And when it was just 2 weeks old, I came to the hospital and had the stitches removed, but I was in so much pain.. (The top and bottom stitches in the middle really hurt..) I woke up after all the stitches were pulled out, but tears were just coming out.
<Days 15 to 21 (3 weeks)>
After removing the stitches, it was so nice not to have to worry about stitches when brushing teeth or eating.
Wafers had to be worn for up to a month, so I was wearing them except when eating and brushing my teeth (it's very inconvenient.
Oh, and I was tired of eating rice, so I ate mainly noodles or very, very soft bread!! (Non-irritating ramen, bread is cheesecake)
My body has improved a lot, so from this time on, I walked for more than an hour a day, hoping that the swelling would go down quickly!

<Days 22-30 (4 weeks)>
I tend to have a lot of swelling, so I was worried that the swelling didn't go down until the 3rd week, but by the 4th week, the swelling went down faster than before!
From the 4th week onwards, except for a little bit of pain, I was so fine that I walked harder, continued to apply warm compresses, and bought pumpkin juice to eat! I have to do everything for swelling,, TT
I ate the same amount of rice as I did in the 3rd week, and after visiting the hospital in the 4th week, they said that I could chew soft food and eat it, so I am eating rice or steamed eggs!
