Due to malocclusion, I was diagnosed with the need for both jaws to correct it from a young age.
Then one day, while working (I am working in general dental care), I started orthodontics without both jaws first after
talking with the staff .
(This is a story that came out at the moment I really wanted to do it originally)
My malocclusion eventually led to the director recommending a two-jaw.
I, too, now feel the need for western music, and have made up my mind to learn Western music.
First of all, I had a strong trust and confidence in Y Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the last consultation I received while I was looking for orthognathic surgery through several phone consultations.
I was convinced by the visiting consultation and decided to have the surgery on the same day.
1st, one-on-one surgery on the same day 2nd, 1-on-1 care
3rd, 1 room per person (up to 3 days hospitalization) 4th, clean facilities
5th, kind and meticulous staff 6th, the director's surgical experience, etc...
Not only is he very good at explaining the details, but when he searches YouTube for western jaws, he sees Dr. Lee Seok-jae's video.
I chose Y Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. (I have already made up my mind here)
Before reading it first, I wrote a good note for about a week, and I attached it together to help.
If you're lazy to read the article, I think you should just take a look at this! :)

on the day of surgery
I fasted for 8 hours before surgery, visited early the next morning
, changed into a hospital gown, listened to the precautions before surgery, waited in the hospital
room, went into the operating room, and fell asleep after sleep anesthesia. (I blacked out in an instant. I don't even remember...)
When the operation was over, the nurses woke me up and took me to the hospital room.
I was unconscious because I was under anesthesia. I was receiving help from an oxygen respirator with my nose blocked, and it was inconvenient to have a hose to remove blood vessels in my mouth.
I slept too much, perhaps because of the effect of sedatives, but I endured the teacher's words that I shouldn't sleep
.
(The inability to sleep and stuffy nose were the hardest.)
2nd day of surgery
Counting the days with open eyes, I
took out the blood hose in the morning and the urine line in the afternoon. Even removing the hose was so easy. It was so nice to be able to go to the bathroom by myself.
3rd day of surgery
I decided to be discharged in the afternoon, stayed in the hospital room until morning and was discharged with a guardian.
When I got home, I sat down and went to sleep as if I was tired.
My lips were numb
(one of the common symptoms after surgery) and I couldn't close my mouth properly
(two-jaw surgery without tying-ssro type surgery), so I had a lot of saliva coming out and it was hard.
But it was home, so I felt comfortable.

one week after surgery
In the first week, my mouth was disinfected, and in the 2nd week, I visited the hospital to remove the stitches that were full of stitches inside,
(even though my lips did not feel much when I removed the stitches, it was very uncomfortable and puffy). In the
3rd week, I went to the hospital to take care of the swelling. I made a visit.
After the first week, I was able to eat a variety of soft foods and I was able to live a better life. (I was so happy that you kept telling me that my face got smaller and that I was already pretty.)
In the middle of Chuseok, everyone in my family saw me after two-jaw surgery and said that I already looked pretty. They gave me a thin meat pancake, so I cut it and ate it, and it was so delicious.
There are more and more types of food that I can eat, and I am having a happy day these days.
It's been a month now, and now it's getting easier to talk.
The wafer (a device worn in the mouth after two jaws) is still being put on and off due to orthodontics.
I can't open my chin completely wide yet, but I'm practicing little by little by doing A.O.U.
As for food, I can't eat tough food, vegetables, or large chunks of meat yet, but I
can cut noodles into small pieces and eat soft meat.
The swelling on my face hasn't gone away yet, but there is a clear difference in the shape of my face, so I'm spending each day with a very happy heart. lol
All of my acquaintances have already told me that I am so pretty, so I am living a very satisfying day these days.
