before surgery hello. On October 1st, I underwent 2 types of contouring (square jaw + chin tip) surgery at Y Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Since I was a student, I've been dissatisfied with my long chin and square chin, and I've tried Botox and meridians, but it didn't have much effect. Then, after hearing that the contouring surgery was effective, I decided to get a surgery consultation after thinking a lot while looking for information. Many people said that plastic surgery is good, but oral and facial surgery is safer and more professional, so I mainly looked for oral surgery. I received a second consultation at the just-opened Y-Oral Surgery. Even though it looked hectic right before the opening, the counselor was very kind and guided me well and gave me detailed consultations. The director said that he had a lot of experience and opened a hospital himself after living in a famous place. I was more confident in the way he explained calmly and confidently. As for the consultation, he told me only the parts that needed improvement without excessive treatment, and he consulted on what kind of image I could have after surgery, so that I could fit the image I wanted as much as possible. 10.1 On the day of surgery This picture was taken right after the surgery. It wasn't as painful or as painful as I thought. Instead, I felt a little drowsy because of the sleep anesthesia, and it was a little difficult not being able to drink water right away. On that day, the nurse teachers took turns watching over the progress and helping me a lot to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable. The director and the counselor also came in between to check whether the surgery went well and if there was anything uncomfortable. The surgery went well, so I was eating comfortably. He took care of me all morning.. Thank you so much. Week 3 Photos In 1-2 weeks, I developed inflammation and my face was more swollen than I thought, but the director continued to treat and take good care of it, so it looked much better. If you look at the picture before the surgery, the length of the chin has decreased a little, and the square jaw in the profile has disappeared a lot, so the image has become softer. Intermittently, the manager contacted me to check meticulously for swelling and discomfort, and gave me a lot of information and support to help with treatment, so it was really helpful...! Monthly X-RAY Rather than shaving too much, I wanted to shorten the square jaw and the length of the chin. I think it was just a moderately natural surgery. Looking at the picture, the protruding part of the square jaw is neatly cut, but I really like that part because it was always stressful. 2nd month photo It's the 2nd month photo, and looking at the photo, the length and the prominent part of the chin have disappeared compared to before the surgery. I went to see the progress today, but the swelling has decreased by about 70%, and it is said that it will go down more as time passes. Now there is not much swelling around the mouth and it doesn't show much in everyday life~~ There is no problem with eating. I really felt depressed and regretful when I first had swelling and discomfort after the surgery, but I endured it while watching it improve day by day, so the time passes quickly. !!! Also, the director, the nurse teachers, and the head of the department are all so kind, and I really appreciate them for caring about me and treating me well as if it were their own business. (--)(__) 3 month photo It's already been over 3 months since the surgery..! The left side of the mouth is still a bit swollen because it still remains, and the right side seems to keep getting slimmer. It seems that the big swelling is almost gone, but they say that the small swelling continues to fall from 6 months to 1 year? So I'm going to wait while taking care of it so that it can fall quickly ^^!! I asked for it to be as natural as possible during the surgery, and they said there would be no major changes, but I'm quite satisfied. There is still a bit of swelling left, so it would be nice if it all goes away~ Especially when I look in the mirror, I feel the side effect is bigger than I thought than the front.
