Hello! I received 3 types of contouring surgery at Y Gugang and I am very satisfied with the results, so I am writing a few words to help!
- Reason for doing it Ever since I was little, I was teased and hurt a lot because of my angular and wide face. The side cheekbones were wide and large, and the square jaw was wide and square. It's SpongeBob, it's a cringe, it's a prank that others laugh at and pass it off as funny, but it was so stressful that I really wanted to cry. After suffering like that for almost 10 years, my self-esteem was at a low level, and I was in a hurry to hide it, so my personality became more and more timid. Even wearing a mask because of the corona gave me the nickname of a magician, so I think I spent more and more unfair and hurt days. It wasn't that I wasn't trying. I have never tried shrink, inmode, air jet, contour injection, or chin botox. However, the decisive reason why I decided to have surgery was that if all of these procedures are combined, just one operation would be good for my life, and it seemed to be a much wiser method in terms of cost and effectiveness. Even if I receive 100 treatments, I can't follow half of the effect of getting 1 surgery. Unless the most fundamental bone is resolved, it seems that indiscriminate procedures will be more poisonous.
-Why did you choose Ygugang? To be honest, I was afraid of the surgery. I also see bad news related to contour surgery, and it seems that all doctors are less conscientious than I thought, and something might happen while I am unconscious, side effects, other post-treatments, etc... There are too many things to worry about and no guarantees. I think I was scared because I thought it wouldn't work. Because my trauma and my future were at stake at the same time.. That's why I worked harder, and after deciding to have surgery, I think I hung up on my feet and search for almost two months. The result of searching so hard was Yugugang. To be honest, I think it was almost half-decision with just one consultation. The fact that there are 1 or 2 surgeries per day, the fact that the director is good for physical condition management, the fact that 1:1 management is provided with the director from pre-surgery to post-surgery, there is an anesthesiology director, that he is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, surgery There were so many reasons why I had to choose this hospital, besides the fact that not only the nurse but also the director came to the hospital room to check the progress, the atmosphere of the hospital (interior, facilities, latest equipment, accessibility, etc.). At the first consultation, I also had a consultation with the director, and the director's impression was very good. He was confident that he made the most ideal angle with safety as the top priority, and he gave sufficient explanations with the Citi filming copy and made it easy to understand the expected results after surgery.
- right before surgery Upon arrival, I was guided from the hospitalization room, and I saw the hospitalization room for the first time that day, and it was so clean and nice. I often go to the bathroom after receiving intravenous fluids overnight, but there was a bathroom for inpatients right in front of the door, so it was very convenient. Post-surgery precautions are checked twice before and after surgery. I was so nervous that I couldn't hear it well, so I was very grateful for the thoughtfulness of explaining it twice. You will have a final consultation with the director right before surgery. In order to design the previous design, I coordinate the image I want and the limits that the director can pull out as much as possible, and have enough conversation to get the most satisfactory result. The director gave top priority to safety as much as possible, and after suffering from a square jaw for 10 years, I made a strange request to thank even the dog's jaw haha. As I know it well, I ask for the face to be as soft as possible and go to the operating room. I go into the operating room after gargling with the worst tasteless gargle liquid I've ever put in my mouth since I was born. At this time, the nurse patted him on the shoulder and headed to the operating room, which was a great comfort. When you enter the operating room, the anesthesiologist is there. When I lie down on the operating table, the director of anesthesia explains this and that, but honestly, I can't remember anything because I can't hear anything in my ears. (All of the directors and nurses at Ygugang have very, very good personalities.)
As shown in the picture above, the cheekbones on the side were very large and wide, and the angles under the ears were almost right angles. So, the wide side was more prominent, and the chin tip was leaned to the left (right in the photo), so the face asymmetry looked worse. I was worried about whether I should do two-jaw surgery because there was a bit of a protruding mouth, but the director said that it seemed like too much treatment and that I should smooth out the face shape and cover the protruding mouth, so I was very relieved. Rather, he convinced me that it was an excessive method, so I trusted him so much.
-Immediately after surgery ~ discharge (1st, 2nd day) You will wake up in the hospital room. From this point on, nurses continue to come every 30 minutes to an hour to check on the condition and support (?). And the director also came to check on me several times, and at this time, he gave infinite compliments to me in the past who chose Ygugang. Since it is a system with a limit on the number of surgeries per day, it seems that you can focus on each patient. I was relieved when the director said that the surgery went well, and I'm sorry (?) when he said that I had to work hard because my muscles were so big. In the morning, I hardly slept because I was sick. It's a surgery where bones are inserted, moved, and shaved. Throughout the morning, the on-call nurse checks every 30 to 1 hour without stopping. I think I went to the bathroom more than 10 times, but every time I pressed the call bell, he immediately ran to the bathroom, took care of intravenous fluids (?), and kept massaging my arms and legs because of my blood pressure and hyperventilation. . The next day, I received the first swelling laser, took another Citi, and listened to the director's explanation. Citi explained before and after photos, but the bones definitely got smaller! And I listen to the explanations I heard before the operation over and over again. If you give a prescription at a nearby pharmacy, you know that you can't talk, so please prepare it yourself. I came home by taxi. At this time, rather than pain, the tingling sensation was very uncomfortable, and the hat and mask I wore to cover my swollen face were just too frustrating. (Oh, and I barely had a voice due to the aftereffects of general anesthesia. My voice was so hoarse that I couldn't hear it until the first week. I ate it every day, so by the 2nd week, I even had a hoarse voice! Now, in the 3rd week, I've almost found my voice, and I can't make high notes yet. But there's no problem with my work. Minol is sold at any pharmacy!)
-Day 3~4 If the pain on day 1 was 10 out of 10, it was 6 on day 2, 5 on day 3, and 4 on day 4. And it seems that it is not a feeling of pain, but a feeling of discomfort. My peak swelling was on the 4th day, honestly, on the first and second days, I thought, 'I can't swell any more', but it swelled more. Day 4 was the best. My right bone was much bigger than the left, so I cut it out more + I had a bigger than average bone (?), so I got more bruises and more swelling than other people. So, there was also a symptom of just bursting a blood vessel called subconjunctival hemorrhage in the right eye, but it was nothing special, it was just like a bruise on the eye. (It happens even when I'm tired) This was more stressful than swelling or bruising. Then, after the surgery, the director gives me a morning Kakao Talk every morning. Ask how your condition is, swelling or pain in your face, and if you have any questions, please tell the director's answer.
This was the 3rd day of swelling, but when I looked at it from the front, I couldn't see how much my cheeks protruded. There are no carp. In this state, if you even get cravings, the swelling blocks the nostrils, but it is really uncomfortable to breathe because the mouth is tightly pressed. The bruises in my eyes were disgusting even to me, so I covered them up. The next day it was more swollen than this. Still, it's amazing how soft the lines are... and I was really happy that there were no clowns. What she put on her face is bruise cream. It doesn't work lol Steaming is the best.
-Day 5 to Day 7 From the 5th day, the swelling is visible. Still, when I wake up in the morning, it's swollen again... but after washing and eating, it's gone again. On the 5th day, I washed my hair for the first time. Is it because you feel that you've become a bit fat? I walked for an hour every day and ate 3-4 packs of pumpkin juice. Until the 4th day, it took me 30 minutes to take the medicine (I had a hard time opening my mouth because of the swelling). For one meal, I roughly covered it with something like New Care/Pumpkin Juice/Vitao Bag, and I ate a lot of ice cream! After the surgery, I feel very dizzy, so I need to take vitamins and iron supplements. Ice packs were applied until the 4th day and changed to warm compresses from the 5th day. From this point on, the swelling gradually subsides and it becomes a cute image (only in my eyes). To be honest, if I didn't have bruises, it wouldn't be strange if I didn't have to cover them up, but I'm the type who is more prone to bruises than others, so it was such a shame and uncomfortable to cover them up. Even if there is swelling, the line is pretty. This is the 5th day photo. Even at this time, the veins in my eyes were disgusting, so I covered them up..
On the day of the week, I visited the hospital to have sideburn stitches removed. I didn't feel it when I pulled it out and it didn't take long, so I asked the director, 'Eh, did you pull all of them?' I think washing my hair will be a little easier now.
- Weekly cleanup It was really hard on the first day, but I think the rest was really good. Swelling peaks on the 4th day and falls off pretty quickly. The best thing to do to get rid of swelling is to have a lot of activity without overdoing it.
The tip of the chin was asymmetrical, so I moved it slightly to the right, and the proportions were adjusted from the front as well. The right side, which had a large bone in the first place, had severe swelling and bruising. Still, looking at the left side, I only thought that the line fell out well. The angle under the ear is so wide and big that I was busy covering it with my hair, but the angle disappeared... I'm half surprised and half excited. My friends are sure that the image has become more luxurious, so they say that they will do it too haha To be honest, if it's this much pain and this much effect, I'll do it again even if you ask me to do it again (but I won't do it unless it's a Y-gug.. ha) Looking back now, the pain was nothing compared to the effect, and I feel very relieved as if I have relieved myself of the biggest burden in my life. I'm looking forward to tomorrow... I'm counting down the days when I'll have swelling and bruising.
- 2nd week Until the 7th day, I was anxious every day... I kept a record of my changed face and body condition that I couldn't adapt to. As for meals, I ate mostly regular meals, bread, and noodle dishes (no irritating things) after I had the stitches pulled out. It is much more convenient for me to eat noodles than rice. Rice gets stuck in the threads of the mouth, so it was very difficult to eat. I spent the day going back and forth to and from the cafe near my house, going for a walk, and frequently giving hot compresses and cravings. Although they experienced symptoms such as intermittent tingling, throbbing pain, and sour lower teeth, it is said that it is a natural phenomenon that is felt as the sensation returns and recovers. Even at this time, the manager kept checking on my condition, so I didn't have to worry about where I was in pain. You can ask directly via KakaoTalk. And on the 2nd week, I had to pull out the thread in my mouth, and it really hurt... I just knew my lips stretched so well.. haha
Day -18
I think it's definitely better after I've had my mouth stitches pulled out. I still have to eat food.. lol It's so hard to gargle with water in between meals..
Still, it's more comfortable to brush your teeth, and should I say it feels like you've removed something in your mouth? It's not that I don't feel anything. There is still a feeling that there is something in the mouth like clay, but it is definitely less than when there are stitches. And the most awaited swelling is disappearing haha I still get swelling again when I wake up in the morning, but this was the same before surgery. The director said that once the stitches are removed, the swelling will go away, but it is true. cool. I got greedy, so I ordered a lifting pack, and I'm doing it at the same time as a lifting pack. The bruises are starting to be covered with makeup, so it tastes like taking selfies. I just hope that the blood vessels in the eyes will go away. The pharmacist at the local pharmacy also says that trivial things don't really go away. Haha But I'm losing a lot more than before. I think it will all be gone in a week. I contoured, but the swelling and bruises go down really quickly, so I'm worried about the blood vessels in my eyes. Humans must be oblivious animals. Isn't contouring surgery a big deal? I'm thinking too. Haha
Day -24
We are now approaching the end of the month! The moments when I thought it was true that time really passed passed by before I knew it, and it's becoming a month difference. After the big swelling disappeared in the beginning, now it seems that the war against the remaining small swelling has begun. is this swelling? Was there less surgery? Have you gained weight? And the swelling that makes me doubt. A lot of areas that have been pruned are swollen, so the area left after the pruning is swollen, and I wonder if there is anything different from before! Did you gain weight? To do it, I lost all the way in the beginning and the weight that did not fluctuate haha I think it's the worst when I wake up in the morning. When I wake up and look in the mirror, 'Isn't that just me in the past?' The swelling came back up to the point where I felt depressed for a while, but in the afternoon, it subsided, and at night, it disappeared to some extent, and the outline was slightly revealed again. At night, I already like the line of my face, so I take a storm selfie, but the manager says I'm missing half of it hahaha. Why does it feel so good to say that there is still half of the swelling left? Is it because you are looking forward to it? The bruises are no longer visible, and the bruises in my eyes are almost gone, so I went shopping and got an eyelash perm. You don't know how much fun it is to decorate your face when you don't worry about your face shape. I can dye my hair now, but it's so thrilling to see the restrictions lifted one by one like this haha The degree of freedom in food has also been relaxed, so if I used to think 'what can I eat today' to live, now I'm thinking about 'what's delicious' after looking at the delivery app. I also eat only noodles as much as possible. I want to quickly become two months old, reduce swelling, and eat (?) meat with a pretty face hahaha ah! And if you cool the lifting packs you put on your ears and put them on your chin, and if you do it together, the jawline will come alive, even temporarily, whether the swelling has gone down or you have lost weight! It's nice to do it before going out or taking a selfie haha The jawline is pretty pretty ><
1 month - 1 month and a half (1 month + 2 weeks)
A month and a half after the surgery, the biggest difference I noticed is that my face doesn't swell like before in the morning. Even until the 3rd or 4th week, when I woke up, my face would be swollen like when I had surgery again, but after a month and a half, my face is not as swollen as before. I don't have too much trouble chewing food, but I still don't eat meat, tough seafood, or nuts. I eat crispy chip-like snacks without difficulty haha It takes about two fingers to open my mouth. I brush my teeth comfortably, but when I yawn, I get a bit of a crisis. Avoid lying on your side as much as possible. I didn't even try to lie down. About 70% of my facial senses seem to have returned. The cheekbones are so wide that there are a few cheek pits, but they said they are natural and will disappear over time! An acquaintance I met after a long time asked if I had lost a lot of weight, no, why did my face become so small considering that I lost weight? I'm an acquaintance who only met wearing a mask, so I've never seen a face without a mask before surgery, but just looking at the face with the mask on, the difference between before and after. Some people say that they become so comfortable that they forget that they even had surgery.. Every time I look in the mirror, I think I can't forget my face shape because it's so pretty.
2½ months - two and a half months
It's getting closer to the 3rd month now! I think it's about 95% easier now. Feeling almost recovered? About 90% of my senses are back! The taste of taking selfies makes me live happily>< There is no humiliation from any angle.
-5th month

It's been 5 months since I had contour surgery. I still feel the fact that I had surgery every day. Now that my daily life has become more comfortable, I can easily forget it, but every time I look in the mirror, I feel so good that I can't forget it. Her eyes, nose, mouth, and even her weight are the same, but just because her face shape has changed, people around her treat her differently and are meeting a lot of new people. I still don't have the confidence to open my mouth very wide or roll over or lie on my stomach, but I feel that I'm getting more comfortable day by day. Among plastic surgery, contouring surgery is the most time-consuming surgery, so I try to endure these and other uncomfortable things for about a year. I get goosebumps when I suddenly think of the day after the surgery hahahahahahahaha The period of not being able to eat anything I want for a month after surgery is more like hell. My appetite is several times more scary. Really... Now I'm more fat than before the surgery, but now I'm going to go swimming and learn Pilates. Everyone, please walk only on the Waigu Gangak Road and find the light♡
