I had a lot of stress because of my face shape, so I spent 2 years of time and money on the meridians, and it improved a lot, but I couldn't solve the fundamental problem.
Since I am a Busan person, I thought it would be better to do it in Seoul, which has a lot of experience and stability, thinking that I should do it in Busan for follow-up management or various situations! Honestly, I've seen the worst case of dying, so it's the safest place! This is the reason why I chose Yugugang Mask, and since I was the director of the main plastic surgery clinic, I thought he would do a good job with the aesthetic part. It was nice that he focused on me for the entire day with one surgery a day. I didn't like the other place because I was hit by many people from the consultation... I felt very comfortable because everything was focused on me in a calm atmosphere.
I have claustrophobia and anxiety, so the hospitalization room was considerate and helpful on the day of surgery. I brought a sedative, but the director said he would give it to me if I needed it, so I was really grateful that he came and checked it on a regular basis.
1st day of surgery
- Surgery came out at 10:30 am and 1:30 am (perhaps because the operation time was short, there was not much swelling! No bruising!)
- I was worried because there were many reviews saying that my neck hurt, but I didn't have a sore throat at all. Instead, the surgical site, the chin? It hurts with pain that puts a lot of pressure on the whole ㅠㅠ Are you angry because you are in pain?
- I don't even have a sore throat, I don't want to drink water, and after 3-4 hours of enduring the pain, I'm worth living! The moment when you feel so deceitful
- I was tired from sleeping the day before the surgery and coming up from Busan, so I spent most of my time sleeping until discharge! 2 hours? Change cold packs at a time and take care of your heart rate regularly. Thank you nurse!!!!!!
- After surgery, I had to sit on a bed and sleep, but when I slept with the neck pillow that was provided for me, my neck naturally leaned back. I brought a sauce bottle and put water in it, so I drank water and rested very comfortably! Really make sure to pack the sauce!!!!!! It is said that you don't have to use the sauce bottle for the outline, but if you go to Daiso, it's only 500 won. Invest! It's comfortable
2nd day of surgery
- Around 9:00 in the morning, you will be informed of the precautions, take care of the swelling, and Dr. Lee Seok-jae will relieve the pain. It hurts. It's not a very good feeling, but it's okay
- I tried to sneeze, but I got a nosebleed. Be careful not to hold your nose and make it loud when you are about to come out.
- I had to go back to Busan, so I brought an ice pack from home to apply cold compresses on the way, left them at the hospital, and received them when I was discharged, so I continued to use them! Tips!!!!!! Stock up on ice packs at home in advance. The turnover rate drops as it is given by the hospital. Bring it with you on the day of surgery, and go with a cold compress when you leave work like me.
- I didn't know I was hungry because I was hospitalized with sap, but when I came home, I was insanely hungry, so I had a headache or a protein shake! This time, the sauce was well written. It's much more comfortable than inhaling while sucking. It wets the throat right away without much force.
3rd day of surgery
The swollen face was pretty cute.
Among the reviews I found, there is nothing more swollen than my face.
The swelling on both my cheeks was severe... In the first place, they said that it is best not to cause swelling, so I applied cold compresses without breaks and took medicine for swelling, but it must have been meaningless ㅠㅠ Time is not enough..
Days 4-9 of surgery
No matter how much I looked, I couldn't find anyone as swollen as me, so I thought I was going crazy... I had no appetite, I didn't feel good, and I collapsed because I couldn't eat, so I got IV injections. I had a fever due to low immunity, got tonsillitis, and had severe abdominal pain. Taking X-rays, I was severely constipated... It was to the point that I couldn't go because I had to pull out the stitches next to my ear.
At first, I wondered if it was a side effect of general anesthesia or something. I couldn't go to the hospital because I was in Busan, so I had a lot of consultations with the manager and the director over the phone. Fortunately, it wasn't a side effect for the contouring surgery, but I was sick because I couldn't eat and my immunity was low. I only ate about 1/4 of the main porridge, so it makes me sick
Even if eating is inconvenient, take in your daily calories unconditionally!!!!!! Be careful of constipation and focus on recovering as it is a major surgery! A week to recover from contouring surgery was like hell. Keep eating well.
10 days after surgery
I went to Seoul to get the stitches out and was relieved to hear that the swelling wasn't too bad.
You may be surprised by the ridiculous swelling, but if you work hard for a week, it will really get better ^^* The director pulled out the stitches, but it didn't hurt at all, and after taking care of the swelling, it went down well.
Days 11-16 of Surgery
I thought I had to eat well, so I ate normal food right away.
I ate tuna gimbap with pickled radish, chicken kalguksu, tteokbokki, sushi, and today I even ate jjusam... The octopus was chewy, but it didn't hurt, so I ate it slowly. Recently, I was told to be careful until a month, so I'm going to be careful for a while. Every day is different. I'm recovering, so I do 1-2 hours of aerobic activity every day to get rid of swelling and eat well.
On the 17th day after the operation, did you feel uncomfortable because there was too much food on your lips and gums? Except for a little discomfort, it seems that the nerves are coming back well, and the swelling and overall recovery seem to be well. The swelling is coming down and there is a cheek dent on the cheekbone, but this is an area that needs to be watched slowly as time passes, but it's not too much to worry about, so I'm hoping time will pass quickly.
And I really like that the tip of the chin is pointed.. A real V-line.! I like this even if it is swollen
Just looking at this, you can just get rid of the swelling! I am thinking
Let's all hang out.
I'm going to go to the middle of the day ~~~!!!

Everyone, no no time What is this?
I thought when it would be a month, but a month has already passed and these days I go about my daily life so naturally.
In my eyes, his swelling looks awkward, but why do acquaintances say he is younger?
I don't know what he did if he didn't talk, but he said he became pretty. It's only been a month, but I'm looking forward to seeing more changes as time passes.
I guess that's why plastic surgery is expensive.

I always take a picture right after waking up to see how different it is from yesterday-!
After the 3rd week and all the stitches were removed, the swelling from the plastic surgery was not great even when I woke up.
I'm naturally prone to swelling in the morning, so I take pictures as soon as I wake up and apply cold compresses to my cravings!
I think I will do this like a habit for the rest of my life. . And I applied warm compresses twice a day.
It seems that 30-40% of muscle discomfort around the mouth remains after a month. Two mouth openings are possible! I am constantly working out.
I think chewing is actually good without much discomfort..
I have to be careful, but I can eat meat or kimchi as long as it's not really tough squid. I can't control my appetite.

Now that the big hurdle has passed and I can live my daily life, I think the time will go well-! The taste of my slowly changing face makes me feel like putting on makeup every morning.
Contouring is really a battle against time ㅠㅠ Let’s do our best
