Hello, because of my normally wide face, I sometimes got a square jaw Botox.
Since it is a bone-shaving surgery, I decided to have the surgery after thinking about it for several years and thinking that I should do it before I get older.
I was wondering if I should have a two-jaw because I have a slightly asymmetrical face, but when I consulted, I was told that it is not good to do it too much, and I was recommended to have 3 types of contouring and had surgery.
Hospitals search for plastic surgery-related contents such as YouTube, Bobby Talk, Gangnam Unnie, and plastic surgery cafes, and provide contour counseling.
I went to The reason why I chose Ygugang Hospital is that it can be seen by grafting dental-related things rather than plastic surgery, and it is a place where facial surgery specializes in western jaw surgery.

<Before surgery>
During the consultation, I took a ct scan and explained it, and checked here and there to see if surgery was possible.
The day before the surgery, I received oral scaling in advance thinking that it would be difficult to brush my teeth now.
I fasted for about 8 hours and went to surgery. Preoperative preparations other than those advised by the hospital
After seeing the cafe, I prepared it at home for swelling (pumpkin juice, swelling medicine, c-type charger, neck pillow, hemorrhoid cushion, fomentation packs, mouth spray).

<Surgery day 7/15>
After visiting the hospital, changing into a patient's uniform and going in, the fear is better, but as the saying goes, it will be over when you wake up.
I woke up and it was over. He reassured me that there was no bleeding and that the surgery went well. When she went to the hospital for consultation
I heard that those who are good at contouring are finished in 2-3 hours, but I heard that the surgery was over in 3 hours, so I thought you were talented.
The hospital allowed me to use the ones provided in the hospital for heat packs, neck pillows, and hemorrhoid cushions.
I used it comfortably. Rather than being uncomfortable with blood pain or bandages, it was really inconvenient to have to stay awake for a long time after anesthesia was over and until it was time to drink water. Even when it was time to sleep, I slept for about an hour because of a slight fever, and then I kept waking up, so I waited for the time to pass until right before I was discharged the next day.
Thanks to the hospital staff who went to the bathroom often and treated me kindly even when I kept pressing the emergency bell, I felt sorry and grateful.

<Day 1 7/16>
I met the doctor at around 10:00 in the morning, and after removing the blood hose, my condition improved to the point where I wondered if the day before had been a dream.
I received a prescription for surgery medicine, got it at the pharmacy, and went home by an acquaintance's car rather than public transportation.
On the day I came home, I only applied cold compresses and stayed still. My nose is uncomfortable, so when I clear it, I get some nosebleeds.
Fortunately or unfortunately, the day after the surgery, my period broke out, and I was bleeding from the top and bottom.

<Day 2 7/17 ~ Day 3 7/19>
I went to the beauty salon to wash my hair and washed it back, and originally, there was no swelling, but until the 2nd day, cold compresses were applied, and on the 3rd or 4th day, depending on the condition, cold and warm compresses were alternately applied.
From the 3rd day, I applied warm compresses and went for a walk for at least 30 minutes a day. Eating is only New Care, drinks, Mieum
I lived on only the medicines given by the hospital, and I continued to sleep while sitting. Even so, the swelling got worse on the third day.

<Day 4 7/20>
3 days summer vacation + 2 weekends = 5 days off before going to work. It was not a big problem to work because it was free clothes and office work.
Eating is the same, since I only ate Mieum with no ingredients rather than New Care, drinks, and plain porridge, I missed food, so I bought a piece of cake and ate it with milk.
I always did the regular prescribed gargles.

<Day 5 7/21 ~ Day 6 7/22>
On this day, I went to the hair salon to wash my hair for the first time in a while, and I heard that the swelling has gone down a lot.
Even on the 6th day, the same life was repeated.

<Day 7 7/23 - Hospital treatment>
I went to the hospital and got the stitches removed from the sideburns, had a swelling laser, and mouth disinfection and came back. I was worried about inflammation on one side of the stitches.
This is because they say that it is better to change the Duoderm every day in the summer. I bought an additional Duoderm, and I plan to change Fucidin and Duoderm every day.

The difficult thing I felt after contouring until the 1st week was a little uncomfortable when pronouncing words, and the swelling has decreased, but the pain is still there.
If you don't feel like cravings and wear a mask and a hat, no one knows if you've had surgery. My lips are swollen because the lower limb swells when I take off the mask
Even though it's still in the early stages, I think the surgery went really well!

And to simplify the 2nd to 4th weeks, after the contour surgery, the side cheekbones were removed in the 2nd week, and the mouth stitches were removed in the 4th week.
Every 2nd to 4th week, I received a swelling management laser.
In the 4th week, take a CT scan again to see if there are any postoperative abnormalities and check the surgical condition!
Looking at the reviews, I think most all hospitals are similar!
Currently, I have to take care of my overall personal care only until the thread is pulled out, and it is inconvenient to not be able to eat.
After pulling it out, the degree of freedom of brushing or eating is increased, so it is comfortable.
There is not much swelling in the beginning, so you can't see the difference until the stitches are removed.
After removing the stitches, the swelling seems to have gone down a bit!

The swelling on the lips has decreased now, but the feeling of swelling in the mouth remains, so there is no uncomfortable feeling.
Accompanied. The fact that the mouth does not open wide, so it is possible to cut food or eat small things
Except for that, I eat everything now. I still have to be careful, so I don't eat anything hard.
The size of the mouth opening is suitable for eating grapes or home run balls.

According to the picture, the hospitals usually have swelling for a month.
They say it can look similar to the original face size, so I'm waiting for time to pass quickly!
Acquaintances who have seen the real thing said that the swelling has gone down to some extent and the reaction around them seems to have severely removed the facial fat.
I think the impression has become softer. I hear that my face has definitely gotten smaller in real life than before! haha
