hello~!
When taking a picture with a clown protruding from the side when wearing a hat, the feeling of asymmetry caused by the clown was stressful, but I was afraid of surgery that would touch the bone, so I wanted to do it, but I couldn't put it into practice.
So, I usually manage it with filler or Botox treatment, but I didn't feel any change at all with the procedure, so I decided to collect the surgery cost and get a consultation.
The purpose of beauty was the most important, but I was worried about the safety problem because it was a surgery that touched the bones differently from the surgery I had done so far, so I looked into not only plastic surgery but also oral and facial surgery.
I had a consultation like that, and the director seemed to be a little bit like a tsundere, but he was just as good as I was.
I went there thinking only of the cheekbones, but after doing the cheekbones, the square jaw would stand out, so he said that he recommends doing the cheekbones and the square jaw together.
I was worried about the amount of money, but I decided that it would be better to do two things together.

<Surgery Day>
About 30 minutes before the surgery, I came to the hospital, changed my clothes, cleaned up, consulted with the director, and went into the operating room.
I've only been under sedation, but it was my first time under general anesthesia, so I was more nervous than I thought.
The surgery started before 3:00 and I think I woke up after 5:30.
I was a little scared because there were many reviews saying that the voice was not coming out well due to the recovery process of general anesthesia.
I was able to tolerate the pain and stuff more than I thought, but since I couldn't sleep while lying down and stayed in a sitting position, the pain in my butt and the hose in my mouth caused me to breathe through my mouth, and I couldn't drink water until dawn.. was the hardest part.
Still, the nurse on duty kindly continued to take care of me, and I should have taken water later, but I felt better than I thought. Thank you so much ㅠㅠ I was more moved because of this
Others said that they were having a hard time because of the anesthesia, but I was fine enough to say that it seems like I have a surgery constitution other than this hehe

<next day>
Blood pressure was checked all morning and blood was removed from the blood clot. Because of the uncomfortable bed, I woke up every 1-2 hours and it was time to leave the hospital.
After receiving the prescription, I went to the pharmacy to buy the medicine and came home, but the price of the medicine was inevitably expensive.
I took a break after coming home, and maybe it's still the second day, but it doesn't look very swollen in the picture because it's before big swelling.
From this day, washing my hair and brushing my teeth was the hardest thing to go to bed. We recommend purchasing the smallest children's toothbrush possible.
The last bed... He said it was good to sit down and sleep for about a week after the surgery, so I put two large cushions behind me and slept as much as possible, but for a week my whole body ached and suffered from muscle pain.

<Day 4>
They say that swelling usually rises on the 3rd or 4th day, but I think I had the most swelling at this time.
There were bruises under the eyes and swelling so much that the face looked square.
And I didn't have a lot of phlegm than I thought, but I had a lot of nosebleeds with my nose. It is said that blood can come out of the nose after cheekbone surgery, but it was a little difficult to live with a tissue for a while because it dripped down to stay still or lie down for a while, but it got better after about a week!!

<Day 10>
From this point on, I felt the swelling suddenly subside. I still see a lot of swelling, but compared to the 3rd or 4th day, I saw a noticeable change. Even up to this point, my mouth was barely open and chewing was so hard that I ate porridge or something like an easy-to-swallow yogurt shake for 10 days. It was hard not to eat even with food in front of my eyes, but I ate porridge in a different flavor every day with the idea of going on a diet as well as eating something I couldn't eat hahaha
I didn't even take a long walk, and I did a little bit every time I thought of indoor cycling at home, but I think taking 2 packets of pumpkin juice every morning and evening played a role.

<One month difference>
It's already been a month now!
This is my personal opinion, but when I just saw it, my bones weren't very prominent, so it didn't feel like a dramatic change, and my friends said at first that it wasn't necessary to do it, but when I met them, I heard that my face had been refined and became smaller. I hear it a lot haha

And originally, I didn't have a big front cheekbones, but maybe they made them, so I feel pretty when I smile!I had fillers on my chin, so after doing these 2 types, I think it would have been better to do it even if it was a little too much. You said that a slimmer effect is a face that shows only when you have the chin together, but I can feel that word.. I only did 2 types, but if it felt like this, wouldn't it have been slimmer if I had done it all the way to the chin.
Still, one side of my cheekbones before surgery was asymmetrically larger, so it feels a little less smooth on one side to match.
During the monthly check-up, the director said that this amount of swelling on the face is a lot less, so I hope that the swelling will go down quickly by taking more care of it in the future.
My mouth is still less open and there are restrictions on chewing, but I'm doing ahh exercise and I don't know if it's just me, but the incision in the mouth is still hard, so it's uncomfortable, but it seems to be loosening up little by little!
Now, I wear a hat more comfortably than before, and contour surgery is said to change my face for at least 6 months to 1 year, but I want to see a more refined face soon.
