제목 Successful semi-protrusion contouring surgery> Why Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Since I was young, I heard that my face would look smaller if I lost weight, so after I became an adult, I went on a strict diet. .

If you need a two-jaw after receiving a consultation, I received a consultation with the intention of doing a two-jaw, but there was a little bit of a protruding mouth.

It is a face that needs to be double-jawed, but it is not necessary, and there is some improvement with contouring.

He said yes. Until now, I thought it was a protruding chin, but this is the first time I found out that it was a protruding mouth hehehe

And he asked if there was a face shape he wanted, so I showed him a picture of Karina and a picture corrected with the Jin app.

Each person has a different length of nerve line and there is a difference in facial tissue muscles, etc. My face is different

I'm glad you explained that it doesn't.

<Before surgery>

Until the day before the surgery, I diligently ate foods that I couldn't eat for months.

In the meantime, I was on a diet because I was on a diet, but I was so happy to use the surgery as an excuse to eat what I wanted to eat for a week.

The day before the surgery, my friend made a reservation for the Korean Baseball Series, so I watched the baseball game. The next day was the surgery day, so I was afraid I would catch a cold on the day of the surgery, so I was fully armed with long padding, a knee blanket, and a hot pack. I threw it away.

<Surgery Day>

It was a 3:00 p.m. surgery, so I arrived at Yugugang Hospital around 1:30 or 2:00, changed into a patient's uniform, and was waiting in the hospital room.

Right before the surgery, I had another consultation with Dr. Lee Seok-jae, and the teacher talked about naturalness, but I'm doing this.

I want the outline to show off, so I'll show you a picture of the face you want for the last time, and I'm not stubborn

I was stubborn and appealed to him, and the teacher said that he would try to make it as similar as possible, but he would make sure that the chin would not become the so-called dog chin.

 The anesthesiologist puts on a ventilator and breathes in and out.

I think I was anesthetized right away after hearing that there would be a peculiar smell because of the anesthetic gas during anesthesia.

The operation is over.

Although the anesthesia had worn off, I was not in a condition to walk, so the nurses took me to the hospital room in a wheelchair.

As the anesthesia wears off, I feel pain in my cheekbones.

There's no way to express the feeling of pain, but I think it was the most painful pain I've ever felt in my life.

They said you have to exhale as if you were taking a deep breath, so the anesthetic gas would run out, so I continued to breathe deeply, but every time I breathed, it felt like my nose and throat were sprinkled with pepper.

On the day of surgery, I didn't eat anything all day. Also, the teacher checks on my condition before leaving work and tells me that there is almost no swelling compared to a person on the day of surgery. He was so good at taking care of me that he went back and forth to the hospital room as often as possible so that there was no discomfort at all even without a guardian next to him.

And it was only after 12:00 at night that I barely drank a sip of water. The nurse slightly crumpled the paper cup to sharpen the drinking part, but I think it was more comfortable to drink this way than the sauce bottle.

<Surgery Day 2>

I was discharged at 11 o'clock, but the teacher looked at my condition before discharge and gave me a prescription with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory painkillers and a disinfectant written on it.

From the evening of the 2nd day, it seems to have swollen up to the neck. My mouth was barely open and my throat was swollen, so it was very difficult to drink drinks like soy milk or take medicine.

I was wondering if there is no liquid or powder medicine. And each person has individual differences, but from the day of surgery, I had a blood vessel burst in one eye, and he said that it would last for about a month. In the hope that it wouldn't last for a month, I applied cold compresses and took a walk around the neighborhood for about 20 to 30 minutes without overdoing it and spent the day.

<Surgery Day 3>

As soon as I woke up from the swelling pain that was about to burst, I applied a cold compress with a frozen pack.

I was looking in the mirror and I had a ridiculous thought that my face would explode with a bang!!! From the 3rd day, blue bruises started to form on the eyes where the blood vessels had burst. I hoped that there would be no bruising.

<Surgery Day 4>

On the 4th day, the swelling almost reached its peak.

I went down. Because of the blood vessels and bruises in my eyes, I couldn't see very well because I wore a bunny hat while taking a walk. I joked that my boyfriend would be misunderstood because of my eyes.

I think I took a walk almost only in the evening when the sun went down. Before the surgery, I worked hard on weights, but after the surgery, I couldn't move like before, so I was exhausted after walking for 4 to 50 minutes.

<Day 6~7 (Week 1)>

When I arrived at the hospital, I did swelling care first and then removed the stitches before removing the stitches.

I went to the doctor in a very nervous state because I was afraid of getting sick when the stitches were removed, huh? Untie the stitches as quickly as you can

My super-nervous student was embarrassed hahaha

Also, he confirmed that the mouth was disinfected well, but he said that he should pay more attention to disinfection, and he said that he had to change the band next to him often to avoid inflammation.

He said that he would have to eat protein drinks and liquid food like soy milk for another week.

I thought I would be able to eat porridge and soup by the time I entered the 2nd week, but I thought I would have to eat liquid food for another week...ㅠㅠㅠ

I think I'm forced to go on a diet because of the surgery.

<Days 8-13 (Week 2)>

I want to get rid of the swelling as much as possible, so I apply warm compresses often and walk a little longer than last week.

Even at home, I moved a little more diligently.

After drinking protein drinks and almond breeze for over a week, I lost 4 to 5 kg in weight.

There were occasional pings and dizziness.

So, I always take one pack at a time, then increase the amount of one more, and I was worried that the swelling didn't go down more than I thought. When the stitches were removed, the swelling would go down a little more, so he accepted my complaint and said, "Don't worry. I'm sorry to the director while writing a review.

Also, the swelling that came down to my neck has subsided a lot, so I feel more comfortable when I take medicine because I don't have to split antibiotics in half anymore.

<Days 14-21 (Week 3)>

On the day of the 2nd week, I went to remove the stitches in my mouth.

Everyone said that it was painful when the stitches were removed from the mouth, so I was already scared from the moment I set foot at the entrance of the hospital. I threw it ㅜㅜ My boyfriend heard the sound of a pterosaur toward the clinic, so someone said something like that, and he said it was me.

I was so happy that he said that now I could eat something like porridge and soup, and sometimes I could eat something like steamed egg or soft tofu in the middle.

On the way home, I stopped by a large supermarket, and just in time, there was a 1+1 event for soups, so I swept them all by type.

I chose the soup I wanted to eat twice a day, ate it, and then drank a protein drink or pear juice like a snack if I felt it was not enough.

If you visit the hospital from the 3rd week, you do not see medical treatment, only swelling care, and until one month ago, visit the hospital every week.

After a month, he said he didn't have to come every week.

After the swelling care, I asked the manager in charge when I could start eating sashimi.

Winter is just around the corner, so the defense meeting flickers before my eyes.@_@

I still don't know how to look at my face, but my boyfriend and Chinchin say that it's smaller than when I saw my face before surgery.

Before the surgery, I was really worried and worried, but the manager in charge asked me about my condition through KakaoTalk from time to time, and even if I was bothered by this and that, he kindly replied and patted me not to worry. The only thing I can say is thank youㅠㅠㅠ Before the surgery, honestly, I was most worried about this part, but it was a useless worry.

For those who are worried about contouring surgery like me, I tried to write a review while tracing my memory in as much detail as possible.

It must have been hard to read because the article was so long, but I hope it helps those who are considering contouring surgery!

The swelling goes down a little more and I watch the changes

I'll be back soon to write another review!
