Surgery Instrument + Hospital Selection
Since I was in middle school, protruding mouth and chin was very complex, so when I looked into orthodontic treatment with my mom, they all said that I had to do surgery as an adult. I don't have a problem, and people around me say I'm very relieved, and I'm still pretty, and I'm scared, so I shouldn't just do surgery!!! After thinking about this for a while, when I looked in the mirror again or someone showed me that I looked good by taking a picture of my side profile, it really hit me.
Then, instead of just spending time like this, I went to Y oral and maxillofacial surgery, saying let's go for a consultation. I trusted you because you talked about it in detail.
After the consultation, I felt that I wanted to do more, so I made a reservation.. To be honest, I was a little scared when I came home because of paresthesia or other side effects... But I believe in Dr. made with

on the day of surgery
I wasn't trembling until just before the surgery, and nothing was wrong, but when I entered the operating room, I was really nervous. There were some people who said it hurt more than they thought and it was difficult to breathe, but maybe it was because I worried a lot, I didn't get sick and I was able to breathe just fine!! After the anesthesia, I was talking to my older sister, but I knew that she was showing the video to me because she said that she would show me the video of the operating room during the surgery, but after hearing it like this, I felt more confident and relieved. I went after watching it wake up~ I was worried after that, but it was so nice that the nurses took good care of me and did what I needed before I needed it!
1st day of surgery
I thought breathing was restful, but I was so tired because I couldn't sleep. I didn't even know I was wearing a urine line, but I was surprised to hear that the urine line was pulled out. it was so good...
2nd day of surgery (discharge)
I'm finally discharged!!! It was nice to hear that I was discharged, but I was worried because I couldn't even drink water or new care.. Since my mouth doesn't close, I drool and the structure of my mouth has changed. I kept practicing.. The hardest thing after surgery was drooling. There was nothing else besides that!
3rd day of surgery
I sat and slept for the first time at home after being discharged. Sitting and sleeping was harder than I thought. It was hard to get new care and drink water, but taking medicine was really, really, really hard..

Day 4 to 5 after surgery
It was more swollen than the 3rd day ㅜㅜ How long did it last? They said 48 hours.. It poured really well! I gulped down the medicine, hoping that it wouldn't cause inflammation.
Day 6~7 of surgery
It feels like it's missing a bit compared to the 5th day, but it's still swollen. I thought it would be nice if my lips closed soon. .

8th day of surgery (procedure and oral disinfection)
On the 8th day, I went to the hospital to get disinfected and came back to see the progress, but I was disinfected without thinking, but it was very, very painful... Even at that time, I was drooling a lot, so I used two masks. I did it, but it's funny to think about it now, but it was so frustrating at the time.. And I had a bit of a pain in my jaw, but when I told the director, the director asked me to take the medicine for one more week just in case, and I became depressed after hearing that.
Days 9 to 12
From the 9th day, I could see the loss more and more, and I learned how to take the medicine well (?), so it was worth eating. I was proud that the swelling had gone down a lot, and as a result of continuing to practice, I didn't shed as much saliva as I did the first time, so I became fat!!!!

2 weeks after surgery and 1 day later (next day after stitch removal)
I went to the hospital, looked at the progress, took pictures, and removed the stitches!! The chief said that if you remove the stitches, you can move your mouth more easily and the swelling will go away better, but after removing the stitches, it was amazing that my mouth felt comfortable!!!! And he told me to do a lot of mouth exercises, so I did a lot of mouth exercises, and the next day, I felt that the swelling was gone, so it was amazing~ The swelling went down quickly and I want to correct it and eat food.

before surgery after surgery
1 month after surgery
This is a frontal picture 1 month before and after the surgery. There is still a lot of swelling and the left and right sides are falling out differently, but comparing it with the picture, you can see that the length is getting shorter and the asymmetry is improving.

7th week of surgery
I started proofreading last week!! I can't eat well because my teeth aren't aligned yet, but I'm happy that I can chew!!!! I feel like I'm going to go on a diet again...
There's nothing particularly uncomfortable about it, and the left side comes out more slowly than the right, probably because the left side was swollen from the beginning.
The face shape is definitely much prettier than before, so I really like it, and I really like the profile.
I think my senses are coming back a lot more than before! I could feel the sensation better on the left side, but now I can tell if I ask anything on the left side, and the chin on the right side is still dull, but it's getting better.

11 weeks after surgery
There is still a lot of swelling, but this is before and after side surgery.

3 months after surgery
It's already been more than 3 months since I had the surgery~ It didn't take much time in the beginning, but time goes by very quickly~
It's been 2 months since I had braces, and the more I go to the hospital, the more my teeth hurt, but that disappears in a day or two, so I'm eating well and doing well these days. I was able to eat after not being able to eat, so I ate too much and gained weight...
If I lose weight, I think the swelling will go down a little more!!
The feeling is that the left side has returned, but the right side is still there. Still, I came back a lot more than the first time, and I think I came back to more than 50
