- Day 1 of surgery - 

I didn't think much of it until now. Until I entered the operating room, I was joking around with my wife and I 
didn't feel much of it, but when I lay down in the operating room, I realized it. When I woke up, I was unconscious, and when the nurse asked if I could sit on the bed, I could n't answer, and I only remember sitting in a drowsy state. There are many people who say they remember from the operating room , but I didn't. I just searched and it hurts , what do I need to bring, I didn't pay much attention to these things, so I had the mindset that if I just did it, I'd adapt to it and what would happen (in a way, I just thought it was easy) I knew it was a major surgery, but life It was the first time I had surgery, and I think it was because of my personality. It was perfect when it was medicine to do something without knowing . It was the point where I felt really grateful for the little things and once again felt grateful to my parents for giving birth to me well, such as breathing well and eating well. Even so, I changed from a smoker to a non-smoker because I hated being stuffy and was sensitive to the air.














I belonged to the sensitive side that everyone hates, such as the smell of cigarettes smoked by others, soot, fine dust, etc. 
But the pain of breathing incorrectly 
. .. It was great. I 
knew it after the surgery, but my blood pressure kept hovering around 150 on average, so I checked my blood pressure from time to time 
and administered blood pressure lowering drugs 
. The feeling of inserting a hose into the nose was 
not very good, but after doing it once, the nose was pierced, so it was worth living for a while 
. 
So, for those of you who have read my post before surgery, I recommend doing it only when you really feel like dying.. 
And the pain of not being able to sleep while lying down. I woke up after closing my eyes for 15 minutes and 
my butt was crushed, so my tailbone hurts 
. 
I slept enough to feel the lack of oxygen, and even though I woke up, I felt it. 



- Day 2 - 

Blood bag? It was cool after removing the hose and urine line stuck in my nose.
My breath is much better than the day before, and when I pull out the urine line, it feels dirty and hurts a 
little. Second, the sore throat was fine, whether it was because the blood passed to the back of the crab or because it swallowed saliva. And since I put the humidifier close to my nose and mouth, I was at least able to live. It 's important to walk to get rid of the swelling quickly . He said he could drink water, but his throat wasn't really dry, so he did n't drink it after taking a sip. Is it a new care? It's getting worse and worse than daytime.. I don't know if there are cushions, and it's on the side of the guardian's sofa? The nurse laid it on it. It's a new world. .. In my head, I was waiting for discharge the next day, and I couldn't be with my guardian after 7 o'clock, so I felt that time was running out from that point on, so I learned how to breathe a little and found a way to pass the time as painlessly as possible.

Until the swelling went down, I think I was confused and didn't know. - Days 4-7 -



















I usually like black soybean soy milk, so I made it into a sharp shape and drank it in a paper cup. 
I drank strawberry milk, Pocari, etc. with the thought that I should drink well, but it wasn't 
bad. I lost weight and lost almost 5 kg. 
I've lost weight and my body has become smaller than before, but my chin is swollen and what if the swelling 
doesn't go down... I've been thinking about what to do if the swelling doesn't go down here. 
I didn't, but among the eyes, nose, and mouth, I heard that the nose was pretty, but when the 
mouth went in, the nose was relatively visible, and the sister-in-law made fun of whether the nose was the same 
. . It seems that the whole face has 
changed somehow.. What's more, after getting married and taking the highest weight and undergoing surgery, somehow I lost weight naturally. 
There are good points too. Maybe it's because I was a bit skinny when I was younger, so I feel like I'm losing weight. 
I wonder if the antibiotics were too strong for the medicine I prescribed, and I felt really bad and had diarrhea.. It was so painful.. I 
have to talk about stomach medicine.

- Days 8-16 - 

I don't know if it's because I see my face all the time, but I wasn't sure if the swelling was going down or not.
Looking at the pictures, I can see that they are falling out little by little. 
On the 15th day, I received stitch removal, disinfection, and swelling care. After the stitches were removed, I felt refreshed, but 
it hurt a little because I didn't use anesthesia.. Should I say it's fortunate 
? There is almost no sensation on that side so far, and the rest of the chin and lips are still fine, but 
there is a feeling of anesthesia because there is a feeling of anesthesia? I have enough trust with my skills, so I'm waiting for the swelling and sensation to return~! Other than that part, about 70% seems to be okay. If until the 7th day, the eating was mainly porridge or drinks, from the 8th day, I had a lot of challenges such as cold noodles, ramen, and chapagetti . Eating was easy because I did n't do that. The first time I thought about eating ramen, I did n't spread it, but I didn't eat much. Not only was it greasy, but the speed was bad, and from the second challenge, I sprinkled everything, melted it, etc. and ate it. After eating everything, I felt relieved, and when I saw the day of surgery on the 22nd as the first day, I went back to work from the 11th day!












After going to work, I cleaned things up at the site and worked while sweating, which made me feel refreshed 
. I'm happy that I've returned to my daily routine, 
I like working, and everything is good. People have to work 
. 
My wish these days is to eat pork belly soon!

When I focus only on my work, time goes by quickly. 
I'm wearing a mask, so I don't know much about people around me, but when I 

take off the mask, my face got smaller, my chin got shorter, did I get rhinoplasty, my eyes got bigger, I hear this the most 

. The protruding mouth and short chin + flesh were the worst ever, 

but the right side lost about 7kg of weight and muscle due to surgery. 
Also, the left face loses the sensation and swelling faster than the right face, and it looks a little uneven.



The lips are also very thin due to the swelling, but they say it will come back to some extent when it recovers. 
The senses are good, such as the left upper lip, but the right side was not there, but it came back a little 
. Time really seems to be running out. 
It still doesn't close perfectly when I relax my mouth and it looks like that. I'm the type of person who doesn't take 


selfies well, and since I'm concentrating on my work, 
I don't take pictures except for taking pictures every morning as a habit. We want to convey the content in writing. I think I started a little earlier 
than the appetite of other reviews . 
If it was a type of noodle in the very beginning, I ate pork cutlet from the 3rd week, tteokbokki, etc. 
It seems that I ate all the delivery food except for some types of meat . Of course, I can't chew properly, but 
now I seem to be eating everything except meat..! Maybe that's why I regained my weight slightly compared to when I was at the very beginning.. 


Even though my cheeks were firm due to my peak weight, the length of my face has also decreased and the swelling + flesh 
is completely concentrated on the cheeks, so I feel a little sagging and I hope it falls off quickly. 

Personally, I am very satisfied. I want to quickly get rid of the swelling and write a proper review with before and after photos. When I 

have time, I try to run once a week.
