I had double jaw surgery on March 3rd, and it's already been 3 months.

Now compared to the 6th week, eating and talking are better. If it's the same as before the surgery, it's not, but it definitely feels better. It's not a satisfactory level, but it seems that this will get better with time.
  The most uncomfortable thing is that what I do is hard work, but when I work hard, my face feels stiff as before, so this is the most uncomfortable. So, Monday-Friday I work, my face continues to feel stiff, and Sat-Sunday I rest, I'm in a good condition.
  Friends and colleagues around me say that there was something unnatural about the surgery after the operation, but I often hear that it looks natural now. 
  And after the surgery, I lost up to 63kg, but after the surgery, I have no appetite and the amount of food I eat has decreased, so I am maintaining my weight at 63kg. Maybe that's why I hear more people say that I'm skinny than my face.

  As I said in the current situation, I am trying to eat in a variety of ways because it is easier to eat, but I am not sure if this is because of braces or if I have not yet recovered.

  As for swelling management, it seems that the swelling is almost gone, so I am not walking or exercising, I am only applying warm compresses. The reason why I only use warm compresses without doing anything else is that I can still see some swelling remaining, and I continue to do it because if I continue to manage the swelling for 6 months to 1 year, it will get better.
