hello ^^*
It's been two weeks since I've done two jaw + 3 types of contours, but I'll share my review of what I wrote in my own way ^^*
I decided to study western music and got a lot of information from this cafe and received mental help during the recovery process, so I hope that it will be helpful to someone else ~ (Please understand that I wrote it in a diary format)

First of all, I was the one who hit the bottom of confidence in my appearance since school days due to malocclusion and protruding mouth.
Correction was done once in my early twenties, and the re-correction two years ago was about to end, but the protruding mouth complex was not satisfied, so I thought I would regret it for the rest of my life if I finished it in this condition. If I'm going to do western medicine, I'll have to do it with just one pair of braces, so I decided to make it more hastily.
In March 22nd, I had a ct scan and consultation at a hospital only in one hospital for two types of orthognathic and three types of contours without really thinking about the introduction of an acquaintance.
After receiving counseling, I was passing with the thought that it was really dangerous and that I wasn't even going to be a celebrity, but 2 weeks before the braces were removed, I was shaken.
This is a case in which the surgery date was quickly decided a week later after a week of hard thinking.
During the period of worrying about the two jaws, I communicated with the head of counseling and said that my surgery method would be ssro. We talked about the expected recovery period and dug into the history of the director who performed the surgery in reverse order.
It was accepted that he opened a private hospital after working as a center director at a factory hospital. It was accepted as a sign that he was somewhat confident in his skills, and it was one surgery a day. ugly. Confidence skyrocketed at the words that quietly hit the pack.
Yes, let's go believe it!!
I had two hospital visits before surgery.
There was a consultation with the director while checking whether the patterned wafers fit well.
I have only one requirement.
I don't like the pointy chin that looks like a mole, it's natural on my face.
Both the director and he said that he doesn't like anything artificial, and he'll do it naturally, taking care not to become a mixed killer. He analyzed that he would insert 3mm for the upper jaw and 6mm for the lower jaw.
I honestly didn't have a lot of requirements, and I already trusted the director, so I decided to trust him completely.
on the day of surgery
After paying, I had a brief consultation with the director, and my chin was tilted to the right, so I was going to move to the left, and said that I would proceed as I said during my last visit.
I told you that I got a short chin filler 5 years ago, but after the surgery, there was some filler left, so they removed it.
*I think it would be good for you to tell me that you have had fillers in the surgical area!
I changed into an operating gown and went to the operating room, but I was really nervous and didn't want to lie down.
I lay down on the operating table and tried a needle to insert IV in my vein. The anesthesiologist was already holding something like an oxygen mask, but he told me to breathe and he passed out.
I was sleeping well, but I woke up to the sound of the patient waking me up and moved to the hospital room in a wheelchair. Even at this time, as I sat on the bed confused and felt the stuffiness of having my face wrapped around me and the intuition that there were a lot of lines on my body, I suddenly felt stuffy mentally. It felt like a band was released because I was fussing around.
Mr. Weng reassured me that the surgery went well, so don't worry.

The patient has to wake up from anesthesia, so breathe well through your mouth and don't fall asleep!! I tried to breathe with the homework given by the nurse teacher.
By the time I woke up, it wasn't 4 o'clock
It started around 11 and ended around 3.
I can't breathe more than twice and my eyes keep closing. Her boyfriend told me to follow him and breathed with him
(I thought it was good that there was a guardian at this time) On this day, it was so hard to breathe while fighting and winning against my sleep to the extent that it seemed like my boyfriend called all of my lifelong names to wake me up.
At 7:00 p.m., the guardian leaves the room.
The director also stayed late and left work.
Ha, from now on, it's really a fight with myself
Concentrate on breathing through your mouth and swallowing!
He said this helps speedy recovery.
It was night and the psychological pressure was severe
The nurse asked me to turn on the air conditioner and make the wind weaker. He gave me a suction on my nose because I was whining and it was so difficult to breathe.
This is a new world!! It seemed to live too much.
After that, I kept looking for it, but the mucous membrane was swollen, so they said it wasn't good to do it often.
And I shouldn't cough, but it's hard to hold back
I breathe too much, I cough even when I inhale
Drink in moderation and learn to exhale
The first night until 12:00 was very difficult by myself, and after that, I slept for 10 minutes an hour and endured for 50 minutes. I think the nurse came every 1-2 hours to get blood pressure and blood pressure. In the beginning, I woke up every time the teacher went, but by 5 o'clock, I was exhausted, so I didn't move at all even when I went next to him. remember
The urine line is removed at 8:00 the next morning, so I stay up all night with the feeling of leaving the sun alone.

Day 2
Finally, at 8:00, the urine line is removed.
I also did swelling care before meeting the director.
It was only at this point that I could see the nurse's face, and even though I must have been overly sensitive, I was sorry and really grateful to the nurse who took care of me with care.
At 10 o'clock, the blood tube is removed, so let's hold on until then!!
At 10 o'clock, the director removed the blood, and it was a little stiff when I took it out, but it wasn't too painful.
My boyfriend came for a while in the afternoon, got a prescription for medicine, and went to the pharmacy.
The director asked if I was okay and made rounds.
I'll come tomorrow before 9 o'clock, so even if it's late, don't go and wait, so I'm impressed and give you a thumbs up.
I also took a walk inside the hospital.
Even if you move a little, your nose will bleed
Even though it's hard to breathe, the body feels free, so this is a great comfort.
When I was in good condition, the nurse explained the precautions and management after discharge
At night, the nurse allowed me to watch Netflix on the TV in the hall, but in fact, it seemed like I was sitting halfway.
On this day, when I had difficulty breathing while sleeping, I asked for suction to be applied to my nostrils and throat.
When I woke up and heard some rustling or something falling, he ran like a ghost, accompanied me to the bathroom, and changed my ice pack.
On this day, while receiving care full of sincerity, I had time to listen to it, so I went to sleep listening to the sound of rain asmr.
However, I did get some sleep that day.
Waking up for 30 minutes and feeling frustrated, I went to the bathroom for no reason and fell asleep while listening to the sound of rain, repeating 8 times in 1-hour increments, the next day

Day 3
It was a long night, but it was always dawn
Received swelling laser at 8:00
At 9 o'clock, the director came to consult and check how to bite the wafer, and was seen off by the director and nurse, and was discharged with a medicine stick.
The real Dr. Lee Seok-jae, the medical staff of Whygugangak, and the staff are the best!!!!
When I came home, I felt comfortable. Since yesterday, I haven't been able to eat New Care or water properly. I didn't feel that hungry because of the intravenous gel, but I had to take medicine, so when I came home, I split 1 Mieum from the main porridge into 3 bottles, put water, mouth disinfectant, and New Care in a sauce bottle I purchased that was easy to eat, squeezed it, and was ready to eat.
I have no appetite, but I have to take medicine, so I have to force myself to eat. Of course, I'm not used to using only my throat to pass it, so in fact, it's hard to eat 1/3 of the mini-size New Care, and I get tired of eating a few spoonfuls of Mieum.
I ate some, now it's time to take a pill
I have to eat 8 pills, but from the first pill, I got caught.
Challenge again! I ate everything and looked at the time
It took about 1:30.
In one article, it was said that if you take New Care, take medicine, disinfect, repeat three times, and go for a walk, the day's work is over, but that is really true.
I went for a walk during the day, but it was so tiring that I came home in less than 30 minutes.
As night falls, my face gets hotter and swollen.
I shoot Otrivin when I feel like I'm going to have a stuffy nose. It says up to 3 times a day, so I spread it after 8 hours apart. world comfort
I worked hard on the cold pack, wiped off the flowing nosebleeds with a cotton swab, and went to sleep listening to the sound of the rain.

Day 4
I realized that the donut cushion in the hospital had a pretty big presence. She only bought a triangular pillow to lean on. While he was sleeping, his tailbone hurt.
*Everyone, prepare a donut cushion~

Day 7 Hospital Visit
I received swelling care and the director released the stitches. It didn't hurt at all and I was scared. He also asked if he had heartburn and asked if he hadn't eaten mani.
Thinking about it, I don't eat it.
Food on the way home today? Castella, cheese cake bread, and milk that everyone else eats to challenge. And I bought a baby toothbrush.
I tried rolling the cheesecake first, but it was so sweet.
That evening, I had my first bowel movement in a week.
Change from cold compress to warm compress

14th Thursday
hospital visit
The chief's swelling has gone down a lot.
He said his face has gotten smaller, and the director said it's been for a while haha I feel it every time I go, but the director and staff are really kind.
Swelling care and mouth stitches
My cheeks didn't hurt, but when I did it up and down, everyone hurt, so I put it down and worked hard on my body as much as possible. And the tears flow again...
*The director said that there are people who say that the swelling goes down more when the stitches are removed, and he told me to work hard.
The menu is the same: potato salad, castella, silken tofu, soft tofu for dinner.
It's been 2 weeks now, and they say it looks much more luxurious!
It's the 2nd week, but the recovery seems to be quite fast ^^ (I'm sorry) This is a review in the form of a diary that I reduced and shortened as long as I was very satisfied ^^*
