I've had a class 3 malocclusion since I was very young.
Skeletal class 3 malocclusion + facial asymmetry + lower teeth gaping
It was a 3 combo lol
After failing the first correction in middle school, I just gave up and lived.
Not only the lower jaw protruded, but the upper jaw also protruded, so when viewed from the front
As long as I didn't look at my face carefully, it was possible to fake my face so that I didn't hate it too much.
But the problem came after I became an adult.
My job is a designer, I present the results of my design in front of people,
There are many things that are captured in photos or videos.
One day, my presentation was inserted into a marketing video.
My face (expression) .. apart from being simple pretty or ugly. I didn't have a good impression
During the presentation, he kept looking angry, and even when he laughed, he looked like he was laughing meanly.
In addition, when eating together because the upper and lower teeth touch, 'Why do you chew food with your front teeth? ' was often heard.
Since then, whenever I stand in front of a camera with people
I started to expend too much energy on maintaining the impression of being timid and angry.
As time passed, I, who used to be bright and cheerful, started to get really angry and dark.
I like my job, and I want to live with a different job for the rest of my life.
Seeing myself becoming afraid and hesitant to present or laugh in front of people because of my chin, and avoiding eating.
I thought that I did not want to face the upcoming 30 years old like this, so I gathered up the courage and decided to have surgery.

I didn't sell my feet in many places.
After researching enough on the Internet, I decided to go to ㅇㅇ (Y) Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
I came for a consultation, and after the consultation, I paid the deposit on the same day under a firm decision, and proceeded with a blood test.
He visits again in a week and sets up wafers. It was about 10 days left until the day of surgery!
Since it is a major surgery, I can only assume that there will be pain after the surgery.
If you know the detailed TMI, you will pretend to be a non-surgery person for fear that you will not be able to perform the surgery for fear.
I spent the same 10 days as usual as much as possible.
Others did something like the Last Supper and prepared necessary items, medicines, etc. in advance.
I was afraid that if I did that, I would really feel that I was going to have surgery and be scared.
I didn't do anything until dawn on the day of surgery lol (I regret it.... I should have eaten everything I could chew and taste with my teeth...)
<Surgery day 22.03.16>
I made a reservation at a nearby hotel the day before. After resting well at the hotel with my mother
After coming to the hospital by 9:30, I changed into a surgical gown. The surgery felt real...
5 minutes after the corona test, I said, 'XX will go in,' so I said, 'I'm here,' and high-fived coolly to my mother, and went into the operating room.
My first thought when I went in was
I was surprised that the operating table was narrower and smaller than I thought haha And I thought it would be a green operating room.
It's a white and clean operating room, so while I'm surprised for the second time
I got an injection in my arm! is it fluid? But all of a sudden, the nurse said, "Get a good night's sleep."
'huh? Isn't this sap ? Am I being anesthetized for this already? Actually, I'm not ready.
and seems to be anesthetized.
Yes.. I don't remember lol
When I came to my senses and opened my eyes, I was in the hospitalization room. I was sitting on a bed set at a 90 degree angle.
It hurts, it's uncomfortable, it's crazy... I can't even remember how I was sitting there.
My mom said she went in around 10 and came out a little past 2!
When it's around 4 o'clock, the curiosity that overcomes the pain makes me take out my phone
I took a selfie and saw my face
Oh my God, swollen like mammoth bread
My chin went in. It was so ugly that I couldn't look at it.
In the meantime, I was so happy that my chin went in.
I thought to myself, 'It's done!! It's finally here!!! It's this chin, this is it!' I tried to feel the raging pain while shouting out somehow by turning it into ecstasy.
Was it because of the painless injection or was it because I was so happy to see the sunken chin that endorphins overflowed?
It felt like I couldn't feel the pain for a while, then the night came
I thought I was going to die....... My nose is stuffy and blood is flowing, and it's hard to even open my mouth because of the bitten wafers and cravings...
The thought that I don't need all the joy I felt during the day, so I want to go back to the way I was before the surgery, dominated my brain and my whole body...
It was so painful that I couldn't even sleep, and I waited anxiously for the time to get a painkiller injection.
<Second day of operation 22.03.17>

I had my nose hose and urinary catheter removed in the morning. I didn't even feel the pain of removing the nose hose and cat because her face hurt so much.
I removed the hose and urine line, met the director, and received training on how to align the wafer occlusion.
After receiving the swelling laser, from then on, I went around the hospital diligently with the thought of 'It's up to me'
It was difficult to open my mouth and even swallow my throat, but I poured water into a Daiso soy sauce container and drank a lot of water.
I couldn't sleep the night before, so I'm sleepy
I couldn't sleep, so I took a walk all day lol Even in the hospital room, I walked alone in place.
So, in the afternoon, the nurse brought me New Care, so I drank New Care.
I was very hungry, but I was really happy after eating New Care.
Others said that more than half of them flowed down.
I didn't spill a single drop and ate it all lol (Maybe it's because I have a big mouth..)
At night, my face was swollen again and my mouth was tender.
I don't want to bother the nurse on duty who takes care of me diligently
I endured watching Netflix without ringing the bell as much as possible.
<Third day of surgery = Day of discharge 22.03.18>

In the morning, I was given medicines such as painkillers and antibiotics through fluids at the end of the morning.
I removed the ringer! There is also swelling from the surgery, but I had a hard time because my whole body was swollen because of this fluid, but after removing it, I was very happy.
Received a swelling laser and met the director to compare and explain the X-ray before and after surgery
After the surgery, I took the instructions manual and medicine and was discharged after 10:00.
Dad got me safely home.
When I went to my room after being discharged, my mom had already bought a box of New Care.
2 packs of New Care for each meal, take care of every drop and eat well
Maybe it's because I'm in good physical shape, I think I can go for a walk
I went for a walk right away from that day.
Is the swelling gone?
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
The real Spongebob Squarepants gained weight up to 120kg, and in that state, it was a face that was stung by a wasp twice on the front cheek.
My upper jaw also protruded, so the upper jaw moved back about 3mm.
Maybe that's why my eyes, nose, and front cheeks were severely swollen. I didn't even have a feeling.
The real face is so ridiculous
With the thought, 'Okay, pour more.
Take the coolly prescribed medicine
For the first time on this day, I slept soundly for 6 hours straight after surgery.
Oh that's right, I've had my nose pierced since that day!
<Surgery Day 4, 5 22.03.19~20>
Because I wake up
3-4 more longevity wasps came and stung it, and it became the face.
It's a really amazing look
I woke up at 9 in the morning, ate 2 bottles of New Care, pumpkin porridge, and took the prescribed medicine.
Then, after walking for another hour or two, come home, take a break, and have lunch - another walk
It's a repeat of this.
ah ! On the fourth night, I took a shower by myself, and I set my hair up and shampooed haha
I'm not dizzy or tired.
<Visit 1 week after surgery 22.03.23>

I went to the hospital by 11:00 a.m. and disinfected the surgical area after the laser treatment.
Hearing that the wafer was detachable & brushing was possible, the joy of happiness rose up to the top of my head.
The manager asked me to take off my mask, as if he was curious about my face.
look at my face
'Ah...... I poured a lot... ^0^' It was so funny hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
I'm going to remove the stitches in my mouth on my next visit, and then the swelling will go down, so don't worry.
Thank you haha
The best thing about a week after surgery
What a joy to be able to brush your teeth with wafers that smell from hell
I bought two Pink X baby toothbrushes, one for wafer and one for brushing my teeth.
I also bought a tongue cleaner from Olive Young to clean my tongue, which is a great joy that I didn't know before the surgery.
<Surgery day 11, 22.03.26>
Oh, the swelling has gone down a bit!! My chin is a bit pointy.
But the mask is tight ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
(How much did it pour?…)
I can't wear the mask too tight, so my weight is coming out hahahahahaha
To be honest, after the surgery, I became more ugly because of the swelling.
But when you touch it with your hands and see the overall face head
With the upper and lower jaw retracted and shortening, it really became an egg-shaped face. I really like the side view too.
-Review of stitch removal in 2nd week
I've heard many times that stitch removal is painful.
I was patient ! It hurts, it hurts
If I take it out, the swelling will go down faster and I think it will get better soon.
I clenched my fists and held back hahahaha
After removing the stitches, I went home after receiving treatment for swelling!
<Week 4 Front>

<Front of Week 5>

<Clippy C post-correction>

I took a break for two weeks after the double jaw surgery and returned to work right away.
After coping with the heavy workload
Week 4!! The day of removing the wafer and attaching the braces has arrived :)
Taking out the wafer itself made me feel so good.
I couldn't chew anything because my teeth didn't fit after the surgery.
I thought I would be able to chew something with braces on, and I hoped the occlusion would fit quickly.
I asked for it to be attached up and down at once.
Usually, it hurts so much that I don't do well like this,,,,,
The desire to quickly live like a normal person + the desire to improve the external appearance by matching the occlusion
Eating a strong heart and sprouting up and down - all Clippy's braces are pretty ^^ ....
I wore it all at once a day.
From the 4th week onwards, the swelling slowly subsided, and I wonder how much swelling will go down any more.
It's decreased, maybe it's a bit of a state of giving up?
The swelling in the mouth is also very swollen, so it is very painful to press the braces without mercy.
I'm still happy -
Because the chin got in due to the surgery hahahahaha (Yugugang is the best)
My thoughts on week 5...
Dr. Lee Seok-jae did a good job with the surgery without any problems.
I think recovery after surgery is entirely my effort.
I am really passionate about recovery, feeling like I am undergoing rehabilitation after a car accident.
In the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd weeks, I focused a lot on swelling, but in the 4th and 5th weeks, I did mouth exercises, facial muscle stretching, etc.
I think I'm more interested in rehab. The swelling will go away someday, but the aftereffects are less likely due to the changed facial muscle arrangement after surgery.
It's a big deal if it happens.
There are still numbness, stiffness, and heavy symptoms in various parts of the face
I have it until the 5th week ㅠㅠ I don't know when it will all come back and recover.
I have to work harder
<Week 6>
While I was doing Yangjak and Lean Messup diet
A lot of body fat was cut, but overall the face under the chin
It's almost like it's gone! Compared to the 5th week, I don't know the appearance, but it feels like 8% more swelling in the inside of the nose and inside the mouth has gone hahaha.
It seems to fall out..... After all, time is weak.

<3rd month>
Seriously, it's gotten to the point where it's okay to go to a restaurant with someone else and take off your mask.
People around you say that after 3 months, the original image of your full face is finally coming out, and you have become much more natural hahaha
I still have lumps at the tip of my chin, and I have chin fat that I haven't had in my entire life.
The palate sensation has only returned to about 70%.
However, my lips are now all sensitive, and I can feel all of them no matter where I press on the entire face!

And I just stop yawning coolly haha
You can eat hamburgers and open your mouth wide without any jaw joint pain!
Now that I've become a little more human and I've become more natural, I'm going to try on makeup and live with confidence.

There is still a long correction left, but I just want to finish the correction well and leave a satisfactory result.
All yangakers, fighting
