hello!
Until I went to the army in my early and mid-twenties, I lived without knowing that my face was so flat because of the breast tissue that remained on my face...
Then, while in the military, I had a dream of becoming a sports model, and after being discharged, I lost a lot of weight and entered a competition for the first time.
But in a fitness competition, I looked more like a living skeleton than a dream athlete.
Maybe it's because it's a face shape with a narrow width on the side and a relatively long vertical width, so when I saw the face, the skull came to mind first...
Since then, I have had a little bit of a complex about my face shape.
Fortunately, if you gain weight in your body, you will be able to hide your face shape, which is narrow in width and long in length, because your facial bones will be covered.
After that, I had a lot of thoughts, so I ended up quitting my job as a fitness trainer.
After that, I changed my career path to another job and spent the next two years concentrating on my work.
It was a completely different field from my previous health, so I couldn't think of anything else until my work was stable.
But now you've settled down to a certain extent and you've got some free time in terms of time and thoughts.
My face shape complex, which I had forgotten about, came back to me during work....
So, I thought that if I left it as it was, I would remember it for the rest of my life, so I went to a private oral clinic.
<Consultation before surgery>
To be honest, I'm not very meticulous.
I wanted to do it in a place where I could proceed quickly as long as the director's experience or the surgery schedule and cost fit.
In particular, I searched for a lot of director teachers on YouTube.
Personally, I was most attracted to Dr. Lee Seok-jae of Y Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
When I watched the YouTube video, I could feel both trust and skill in the soft and relaxed way of speaking.
So, I decided to get a consultation, so I took medicine for a consultation at Yugu Gangak Hospital.
For the first time, I went to the hospital because I sold my feet.
When I actually met the director, I felt a bit blunt at first.
Do you feel a little shy...? So, I was dejected thinking that this might not be the case for two-jaw surgery, but fortunately I saw the amount of teeth protruding when I opened my mouth and the amount of gums showing when I smiled.
You said that if you had surgery, it would work.
Also, please tell me that doing this two-jaw surgery does not make you very pretty or handsome.
I felt more confident that I would do it safely.
After that, the manager
He kindly told me and showed me before-and-after pictures of patients with cases similar to mine at Y Dental Hospital.
And the head of the department said it as if trust in the director's skills was certain.
So I felt that the director's skills were reliable as long as his career was long.
So in the end, should I just have a consultation? after
I even scheduled the surgery, opened the wafer pattern, and went home haha;;
The original surgery schedule was on August 18, but I wanted to do it even a week earlier.
I moved it forward to the 11th of August and immediately went to the operating table.

<Surgery day, 8/11>
Since the surgery is at 10:30 in the morning, after fasting after 12:00 the night before
I arrived at the hospital by 10 am and was guided to the hospital room and waited inside.
After that, I signed a pre-surgery consent form with the director and lay down on the operating table.
If you look at the post-surgery posts, they say that your heart bursts when you lie down on the operating table....
I was so sleepy because I had been working until the day before.
So I asked the director of the Department of Machining to take care of me, but I fell asleep after saying that the operating table for the arm where this injection was given was narrow and I was afraid it would fall off...
After I fell asleep, the nurses woke me up to see if the surgery was over.
I think I checked the time as soon as I woke up, but it was around 3:00 PM...
The pain was fortunately because I was receiving painless injections, so I didn't really feel any pain.
The pain you feel when your medicine teeth fall off a little bit is like having 2 or 3 wisdom teeth pulled out in a row...
However, it was very uncomfortable because I was wearing a urine line and a blood bag, so I couldn't move my body comfortably... ㅜ
When I first opened my eyes, I felt more discomfort in my lower back than pain.
Also, I had a sore throat, but this is not because I am thirsty, but because I put an oxygen tube in because of breathing.
However, right after I woke up from general anesthesia, I think it was difficult to wake up because the anesthetic gas was still in my body.
So my father called my name once every 10 minutes.
The director also listened to it once after surgery and once before leaving work, but today could be the hardest day of your life, so he comforted you and told you to cheer up.
It was time for my father to be discharged from the hospital, and it was time for me to be alone in the evening.
I guess I was spending too much time alone.
Anyway, I looked at the time every time I woke up to pass the time while sleeping alone...
I think I slept for about an hour, but when I open my eyes, 5 minutes are there...
I really want to sleep a lot this time, but when I check again, there are 10 minutes left..... haha

<Day 1>
I think I slept and woke up on the first day and repeated it more than 30 times...
Fortunately, the time I didn't go passed by... That's how I greeted the morning
Finally, a nurse came in and removed the urine line... ㅜ
I was hoping that if I removed the urine line, I would still be able to move.
To be honest, when I remove this, it feels individual and it hurts a bit.
It is more painful to remove the urine line than the blood bag.
The blood bag was fine. During my hospitalization, the most painful thing, including surgery, was when I had to remove the urine line. he
Anyway, after removing the urine line and blood bag, I was able to move .... I thought I would live at least.
Honestly, until then, I was sitting for 18 hours from 3:00 pm the previous day to 9:00 am the next day.
I think I'd be really crazy if I couldn't sleep.
Now that I can move, when the time comes, I just lightly walk all the way around the hospital.
It seems like the two days were spent like that.
When I took the blood bag out, a slightly human-like face came out, took pictures, and contacted my friends, and the daytime passed quickly from that point on.

<Day 2>
Compared to the first day, my face definitely feels a little more swollen.
I removed the ringer in the morning and received facial swelling care with a laser right away.
After that, I changed my clothes and had a final interview with the director before my father came and was discharged.
There was a part where I was a little surprised when I looked at my face as it was after removing the thong the day before.
The director told me not to be too anxious that the results would come out after at least a month, and told me to focus only on recovery for now. You pushed me when I was excited.
The first day after being discharged was just taking pills, practicing gargling, and applying cold compresses, but the whole day has passed...

<Day 5~6>
Personally, I think the 5th and 6th days were the most swollen.
I think I was relieved because I didn't swell much more today than yesterday, so I thought, oh, the best swelling is this much.
It was a time when I took a little walk while looking at my condition.

<and now>
The stitches were removed on the 15th day.
The side part is tolerable, but the philtrum part hurts a bit. It's not like I'm going to die
It's just tolerable enough that you don't have to worry too much?
And now, my left cheek has less swelling than the right.
Maybe it's because I'm right-handed... but everyone says that boogie doesn't fall out equally! I believe
So far, there are no other problems, and there is no pain in the surgical area.
I hope the swelling goes down quickly and the time goes by without a big ride....!!
