Ever since I was little, I was teased a lot for my small chin and I was under a lot of stress because of a complex about my appearance.
But in fact, the cost is also expensive, and the two-jaw surgery itself is a big operation.
Hearing that there are a lot of risks, I guess I didn't think about western jaws when I was young..!
So, I made corrections for the purpose of correcting only those who became adults and were wrong.
The protruding chin itself is not a problem that can be solved with correction.
I also received a lot of recommendations for double jaw surgery at the dentist.
I spent my early adulthood like that, and around this time, I have a hard time about my appearance..
I also had some money to spare.
In fact, I just vaguely wanted to get counseling, so I made a few reservations for counseling.
For the first time, I visited Y Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Dental Clinic.
The manager explained very kindly
Above all, unlike Director Lee Seok-jae's unique calm explanation and blunt tone,
I'm surprised at the part where he kindly consults while making jokes! faith goes
I decided to have surgery at the first place I consulted with!

[Before surgery]
After the first consultation and deposit, call right away to set up a surgery date and before surgery
I visited the hospital about once because I needed to adjust the wafer.
I don't think I've seen many double jaw surgery reviews and side effects.
Before the surgery, if I read bad content, I feel more anxious and worried.
So until the day of the surgery, I wasn't nervous at all.
[Surgery day] July 5
I went to the hospital alone without a guardian, so I was half worried and half scared.
However, they said that there are more people who come alone than I thought and do surgery, so I think I put my worries aside for a while!
When I came to the hospital, I put on a patient's uniform, cleaned up, gargled, and talked with the director before surgery.
entered the operating room.
As soon as I lay on the operating table and got an injection and an anesthetic, I lost my memory... haha
When I woke up as if I had closed my eyes and opened them, it was past 2 o'clock!
But maybe it's because I didn't read a lot of reviews... Maybe I wasn't afraid, but I wasn't scared before the surgery.
Really after surgery..^^;;
I didn't really feel any soreness or anything like that.
I feel like I'm breathing through a small gap in the back of my airway, as if I'm breathing all winter long..
On the first day, I lamented why I was born this way.. I had to go through this... hahaha
Thinking of that, when it was around 8:00, he handed me a drink of water, so I took a sip...
I can't even drink water?
It was inconvenient... I think I prayed that the next day would come soon and only the blood and urine line would go away..
Before the director leaves work, come and talk about surgery intermittently, and breathe more tomorrow after the blood is drained
You said it would be difficult, huh? I wanted to know why, but the next day I found out.. haha..
[Surgery Day 1] July 6
I think I woke up every 10 minutes after waking up in the morning.. I just didn't sleep.. I couldn't sleep.
At 8 o'clock, they said they would remove the blood tube and urine line, so I waited for that.
It's 8:00 and the blood is drained, and as soon as the blood is drained, the blood on the face... is pushed away.
I have a strange feeling..? It didn't hurt, but I think it felt very strange.
From morning to noon on the 2nd day, I was in a very good condition, so I took a nap for about an hour during the day.
I think I went to the hospital too.
ah! Also, he said that too much suction is not good, so get suction once every 4 hours.
If it hurts to feel that the director is so kind, you're moved by trivial things..?
The fever kept rising and falling, but the director came and checked the fever and gave me an order for antipyretics,,
The director is very kind.. So sweet... He came in the middle and asked if New Care was not tasty hahahaha
I breathed hard until dawn, woke up, and then repeated it until morning.
I got better and could sleep for a few hours!
[Surgery Day 2] July 7 - Discharge Day
around 8:30? He told me to prepare for discharge, so I packed my things
Roughly tidying up my face... lol I received a swelling laser and was discharged after seeing the director!
Since there is no guardian, I go to the pharmacy and take medicine by myself, but I am very weak.
My house is far away, so I just typed a taxi and my boyfriend called me a taxi so I went home comfortably.
As soon as I got home, I checked the medicine and said I had to gargle, so I made a gargle.
I didn't wash for two days, so I felt very uncomfortable, so I took a shower first!
Then drink New Care, and I think it's worth lying down and resting all day.
He said that it would be good if he did the cravings, but he said it was too tight and it hurt so I took it off after 30 minutes.
I removed it and repeated it!
[Day 4-6 after surgery]
I haven't eaten anything for these 3 days and I have no appetite, so I don't think I even ate New Care.
I bought it to drink something else, but I hardly ate it, I just rested at home and slept for a while in the evening.
I took a walk and lay down all day.
Taking the medicine was the most difficult because I had a swollen throat after receiving the medicine in the form of pills.
Originally, I was not good at taking pills, so I took them one by one slowly with a time difference.
It went well!
I had quite a bit of swelling, but the bruise is yellow on the chin? I lifted it lightly and got a little red bruise on my neck
The yellow bruise went down to the collarbone and seemed to disappear quickly!
They gave me cravings for an hour at a time and gave me cold compresses!
I also lost about 61 > 56 and I didn't lose much more than I thought haha..
I'm hungry, but I have no appetite, and I have limited food to eat, so I just watch mukbangs all day..
[7th day after surgery] Visit the hospital
It was the day I visited the hospital, so I visited the hospital and received a swelling laser.
They sterilize the stitches.... It hurt so bad I... must be because I didn't gargle properly...
My mouth was tingling even after I got home, so I gargled really hard.. hahaha
Now that children can brush their teeth with a toothbrush, I worked hard on brushing my teeth hehe..
[8-13 days after surgery]
From this point on, drinks are beverages, soups, cheesecakes, and anything you can't chew.
I ate little at a time and ate New Care diligently! I was told to switch from cold to hot.
Hot compresses are also made with hot packs haha They worked hard! The big swelling seems to have healed quite a bit.
Swelling on the chin and cheeks has not gone down as well as I thought, so I don't think I have a slim feeling yet..
You have to get rid of the swelling, right? However, the chin that was there is nowhere to be found.
I feel good when I see my smaller chin.. I just.. I just really like it haha..
I sent the photo to my acquaintances, and they said that their impression has changed a lot
They said that I did well, so I had a hard time on the first day, but I did really well with the surgery..
It feels like the sadness of the past has been washed away..!
[14th day after surgery] 2nd hospital visit
On this day, the thread is finally!! It was the day I was going to have it removed, so I went to the hospital.
Looking at the reviews, they said that removing the stitches was very painful.
I went to the hospital with a more worried heart.
The stitch removal was the most painful in the world.. Both cheeks were tolerable.
When I remove the upper and lower stitches, it's a pity.. Tears come out as soon as I put it on
He was crying.. Feeling like cutting raw flesh.. I felt it well.. I don't want to go through it again.. haha
Still, after loosening the stitches, did it become more comfortable? I felt like when I had stitches
I become more careful and of course it's not good to laugh, but if I smile when I have stitches, the pain of losing weight
After removing the stitches, it was much easier to laugh and it didn't hurt.
However, the inside of the mouth is very swollen, so it seems that the small mouth has become smaller..
Even when wearing a wafer, there are times when the right cheek gets bitten, so wear it carefully!

[Day 18 after surgery]
The sensation still hasn't returned to the lower jaw. When I touched the upper and lower lips
It's a prickly feeling~ I was cautious at first even talking about it, but now, except for wafers,
A little leaky? But talking to each other is so much better!
I'll have to keep an eye on it, but I hope the day comes when I can eat what I want to eat soon!

[4 weeks after surgery]
There are still a lot of sensations and small swelling, but still in daily life
I am living a peaceful life with no problems at all!
When I returned to work after surgery, everyone didn't know when I was wearing a mask, but I took it off.
He was amazed that his face was much shorter than his own and he was like that!
At first, what should I do if the swelling is severe because of the company, but generally, when I look at people who have had surgery at
The swelling wasn't too severe (oh, of course it's Sabasa), and when I met my friends, they said that my impression was prettier, my face remained, but the atmosphere had changed a lot, so I felt embarrassed. I felt relieved!! haha
Wearing a wafer on the upper jaw for 4 weeks was uncomfortable, and it seemed like it took a long time to brush my teeth. About 4 weeks later, I visited the hospital, was released from the wafer, and started straightening...
It's the beginning of another pain, but since I've done corrections before, I feel awkward as if I'm used to it haha..
I came to the hospital and they removed my existing retainer and put on braces!
I feel it every time I visit the hospital, but the directors here at the hospital are all so kind. I removed the screw in my mouth, but I didn't feel any pain at all because I didn't feel any pain in my upper jaw, maybe because the weight was dug in a bit, but when I removed the screw in the lower jaw, it hurt a lot. .
I took it out exceptionally, but the director took it out slowly and carefully, so I think it hurt at least haha.
They said that for 3 months, I could eat meat or anything hard without overdoing it.
These days, I cut the meat little by little and eat it as well as my normal diet haha..

[2nd month after surgery]
Now there is almost no swelling and there are many lines on my face!
Even in the case of food, I think I can eat most of the food without difficulty even if I don't cut it differently from a month ago!
I still feel like chewy or hard food puts a strain on my jaw, so I'm still careful.
It's been about a month since I started braces, but I'm chewing better than when I chewed at the beginning, maybe the occlusion is aligned.
The mouth opening is about enough to put 2 fingers in comfortably, but I wonder if I can put 3 in... haha
There is still no feeling in the roof of the mouth or the upper teeth, and it seems to be slowly coming back except for the front teeth in the middle of the lower teeth! The chin and just below the lips are coming back gradually, but they are weak..!
I need to practice hard so that 3 fingers can go in without difficulty after 3 months of speech!
