Hello .
I am a  23- year-old man who has been discharged from the military and has a western jaw .   
Surgery was done on  08/03/22 .  _  _  _ It's already been  6 months since the surgery . lol    
Well, like the 3- month review, there is no hindrance to daily life anymore . lol       
 Recently, I went to the hospital to see orthodontic treatment . This time, I also pulled out my wisdom teeth .         
 Let me tell you a story about wisdom tooth extraction !    

 I pulled the right one out once and the left one a week later . I asked the doctor if I could pull it out all at once .            
Then he said he couldn't eat, so he split it into two meals.      pulled  out Because rice is important hahaha  
First of all , anesthesia . I hate this moment the most . It's cheap that I felt even when I was in surgery ~ I feel like I'm going to have a good time lol .             
 Now I'm going to have my wisdom teeth pulled out , but I had to break it because the wisdom teeth were lying on the left side differently from the right one .           
The right  wisdom tooth that was n't lying down gave me some strength , and it came out right away .          
 It really doesn't hurt at all and I thought , ' I'll pull out  100 of these ? ' I thought .        
I was biting cotton on the place where I pulled it out , so I went home after receiving a prescription for the medicine while stopping the bleeding .           
But from now on, it's real . When the anesthesia wore off, it really hurt . However, after eating and taking the medicine , the pain subsided within  an hour .             
However, the lying wisdom tooth was cut   Maybe because I pulled it out, the pain lasted longer and it was slightly swollen . Well, it was at a cute level compared to the two jaw surgery . I did ice it though .               
 
The successors in the military saw the loss of weight more than the surgery .          
I didn't know if I had surgery because I told them. Everyone said that, and my recent friends said they had good jaws , so I was surprised that I didn't know .              
I consider this a very good point . Something natural .!!       
Originally, I wasn't very dissatisfied with my appearance, and my chin was just a trauma . Every time I took a picture, I tried my best not to show malocclusion , and I was reluctant to take pictures .                        
But now I take really good pictures . In fact, rather than being handsome, the fact that the trauma has disappeared is a really good thing .             
 
 But that doesn't mean there weren't any cosmetic improvements . When he took off his mask for real , he looked  twice as naturally handsome .           
First of all , it is asymmetrical and the length of the lower jaw is long, so the lower teeth protrude forward and the lower lip protrudes . So I thought my lower lip was just big all my life .                  
After the surgery, the real lips are in perfect proportions     has  been And my successors said that my head seems to have gotten smaller too .       
From my point of view, it seems that the head has become smaller as the lower jaw is pulled back and the length is shortened .           
 If I go back to before surgery , I think I will do it again . Of course, the surgery itself was very difficult, but does it feel like I've removed a lump that was holding my ankle in my life ?                    
The only thing I didn't like and was ashamed of was fixing my self-confidence and reducing stress in my life itself .              
It is recommended for those who are under a lot of stress due to malocclusion and  protruding jaw . You just have to endure the hard times at first .
