hello
I received 3 types of contouring at Y Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and am posting a review of the 2nd week.
I guess I'll buy some now haha
My clown disappeared before I wrote a review.. It's really amazing

Looking at many reviews, there were many people who decided to have surgery after thinking about it for a long time, but I underwent surgery within two weeks of thinking about it. First of all, I wanted to change my face, so at first I thought about eye correction, but I thought that simple eye correction would not make a big difference. Even if you look at people passing by, there is something called "Tae" that comes out of body shape or face shape. First of all, getting this "Tae" is the priority, so I decided to fix my cheekbones and square jaw, which I was a little disappointed with. However, since I am currently working at a company, it was a big stumbling block for a long time to be restricted from swelling or surgery requiring rehabilitation. After the contouring surgery, I thought I would have to sit and sleep without being able to speak for several months, wearing a wafer, and I thought about it, but it turned out that it was two-jaw surgery. I decided to use the Lunar New Year holiday as an opportunity to have the surgery because the swelling was said to come back in 1-2 weeks. I'm really glad there's only one seat left.
There were three main reasons for choosing Oral and Facial Surgery.
First, it is not a plastic surgery title. Of course, I had surgery for cosmetic purposes, but I thought it shouldn't end with simple cosmetic surgery as much as it touches my bones. Looking at the reviews, there were a few people who said that facial bones should be done at oral and facial surgery rather than plastic surgery.
The second was whether a director with a lot of experience in surgery would perform the operation.
I knew that the place where I had surgery had been the main housekeeper for a long time in ㅇㅇㅇ, so I wanted to do it here unconditionally if I had contouring surgery.
Third, it is a private hospital. I went to other hospitals to find out about ptosis correction, but at large hospitals, I felt like I was going too far. That's why private hospitals that can focus on one person felt more comfortable.
When I first went for a consultation, the director recommended 3 types of contouring including the tip of the chin. I only thought of cheekbones and a square jaw, but he also recommended a chin, so I thought a lot. The next week, while receiving the second consultation, I asked if it was necessary until , but it was recommended to do it, so I decided to proceed with 3 types. I thought it was worse than not having plastic surgery, so I asked him to keep his chin from being sharp.
I deposited money on the day of the surgery and started preparing for the surgery right away. I should have fasted with plenty of water, but I drank a little water without knowing it, but I think the anesthesia and surgery went well. My throat hurts a lot and I keep falling asleep because of the anesthetic gas, but I couldn't sleep until night, so I spent my time listening to music. I think there are hospitals where you get an outline and get discharged the same day, but I think it would be better to stay in the hospital for a day or so. It's been a week now, so I'm fine except for the cheek swelling, but at that time it was difficult, so I remembered marching at the military training center. Still, the nurse gave me a blanket, a cushion, a humidifier, and took care of me from time to time, so I think I got through the day without much discomfort. I couldn't speak because of a sore throat, but thank you so much for catching everything I wrote with worms hahaha
The next day, I saw the results of the surgery, received a prescription for medicine, put on a hoodie, and went home. From this point on, eating is a real problem, but I bought 2 weeks worth of porridge from Coupang in advance. I couldn't cover the calories with protein, so I needed porridge. But when I tried to grind the retort porridge and eat it, it was too tasteless. After a week, my throat doesn't hurt, and I can open my mouth from a teaspoon to a regular spoon, so I'm just eating it without grinding it, but it's so delicious. It is recommended to cover the fishy taste with pepper and sesame oil when changing the retort porridge. In addition, I tried to fill up the calories by cutting small tofu in tomato sauce and eating soup made with bread crumbs, but as long as I did not change the porridge. , The stitches or swelling in my mouth bothered me, so I ate moderately and I think I already lost 2 kg. I can't help it because I can't even fill my basal metabolic rate. I'll have to steam it again when I exercise later.
Other than that, I'm glad I don't have a sore jaw or toothache or anything like that. Is it okay to not be sick? It doesn't hurt as much as I want to. But when I eat, I often have a runny nose, and I usually don't have a stuffy nose, but when I catch a cold, I wonder why I keep getting the taste of a cold.
After surgery, it was difficult because I had to sit and sleep for 3-4 days. I had a triangular backrest cushion at home, so I tried to sleep against the wall, but it wasn't easy. But when I tried to lie down for a bit, I felt the blood rush to my face, so I did my best to get rid of the swelling quickly. Now I sleep with the pillow raised a little higher and looking up at the ceiling. Normally, I tend to sleep on my stomach, but I'm trying to fix it this time. However, it is said that it does not put too much pressure on the face unless it is a big shock.
I went for a walk at least once a day, ate pumpkin juice, craved it all, did cold packs, gargled, and took care of everything I could.
The 4th day seems to be the peak of swelling, but after that, the swelling seems to subside faster than before.

I went to work in the 2nd week, but the team members didn't know because I was wearing a mask. There was no big problem when speaking except for the swelling inside my cheeks and my mouth not moving well, so I couldn't pronounce th. Just in case I didn't know, I took out my wisdom teeth and put the swollen ones on, and it just went away. Eating was the biggest problem, but the hospital told me to eat porridge, but I ate soup in small portions.
I went to the hospital on the weekend to get the stitches removed, but I was worried because I saw some reviews saying that it was enough to tear the gum stitches off. But it didn't really hurt. Huh, is it over? It felt the same way. After removing the stitches, my mouth seems to open more than before, but there is still a lot of swelling in the inside of my mouth, so food gets caught easily when I eat. It's inconvenient. I hope the swelling will go down quickly with warm compresses.
Oh, and since the first week, I felt like something was stuck in my lower teeth, so I tried flossing, but there was nothing, so I thought it was strange. However, after the 2nd week, it got worse, so when I searched it, I was worried that the lower teeth could move after the chin surgery. Originally, my lower teeth were a bit distorted, but I wanted to do something if they were more distorted, so I asked the director, and he said that the dentition does not move, but that it is a natural phenomenon, so I just need to apply a warm compress. I'm worried about the fact that my lower teeth are usually misaligned, so I'm thinking of doing partial correction of my lower teeth sooner or later.
And it's been 1 month!!

I feel it every time.. The chin is also a chin, but the clown.. is so amazing that it disappeared.
Unexpectedly, I wonder if Waigugang is a restaurant for clowns.
I've been eating almost everything I want since the 2nd week, but my mouth still doesn't fit two fingers vertically, so it looks like I have a long way to go to eat hamburgers or wraps.
After 2 weeks, there is no big difference in my life, but it seems that the swelling in my cheeks is going down little by little. Also, there seems to be a slight dent on the right side of the cheek, but it doesn't show much.
It is relatively swollen and looks like that! When I asked the surgeon who performed the surgery, he said that cheek dents and cheek sagging are inversely proportional, so the sagging would be less. . But it's a little strange because the feeling of the clown touching the mask is different, and I wanted to not be caught, but I rather like it. It's good that the side cheekbones are gone, but the lower jaw (where the square jaw and front jaw surgery was performed) is still more swollen than before the surgery, so it's only three months later to know if the surgery went well. It seems like everything is like that, so it's a race against time! Still, it's a pretty big surgery, but when I saw it on CT, it looked clean, so I'm very satisfied with it because I think I'll get closer to the face shape I wanted once the senses and cheek dents are restored. I want to get rid of swelling quickly!!
It's already been 2 months since the 3rd type of contour surgery!!

First of all, the swelling around the mouth will go down a bit, so after a month or so, I think a smoother line will come out.
My biggest problem is not opening my mouth after surgery. I was thinking about how to open my mouth a lot, and I am practicing putting a suitable lid in my mouth and opening it. If I leave it on for 2-3 minutes, it stretches and spreads to about 3 fingers, but the next day it reduces to 2 fingers again, so I am stretching often.
I'm aiming to keep the size of 4 fingers. I can't fit all the wafers with 3 pieces. I really want to take a big bite of the wafer.
As the swelling subsides, I start to worry about things that didn't work before the surgery. When I close my lips, there is a space between them, so I can't put air in my mouth to make my cheeks full, my upper lip is still tingling, or food is stuck in the incision in the inside of my mouth. There are a lot of things that I care about, such as wearing it often.
Since I only wear a mask and have been busy with work these days, people around me do not know that I had surgery.
Actually, I wanted this, but I didn't notice it, so it didn't have a big effect? It's a pity that I wanted to, but when I take pictures and look at the old pictures, ah.. no, I thought of it. I think the surgery went well because it felt natural, but I don't know anything else, but I'm a little disappointed in the feeling of my lips, but I'm greedy to hope that the recovery will be complete in the second month, so I'm trying to take my time!
