Orthognathic + 2 types of contour (April 18-25, 1st week hospital visit)

Before the surgery, my front teeth and lower teeth didn't mesh, so I had a little hard time eating and was uncomfortable when chewing food.
It seems like it, but as I got older, it grew along with my chin, and it changed to a protruding mouth and a jutting chin.
I've been correcting my mouth for 2 years now, but I started eating slowly after the correction, so from then on, my chin is fine and thin.
I don't remember the exact hospitals, but I think I went around 4~5 places.
All hospitals were received through referrals, but among them, the opinions of my sister and I were fortunate to receive from Y. First of all, unlike other hospitals, it was nice that there were not too many people and the waiting time was short.
I had a lot of faith when I heard that they only do one operation a day. Also, it was nice to be able to watch the surgery because there was a CCTV inside the surgery, and YouTube said that they only do one surgery a day haha
And now, it's been 8 days since the surgery, and I feel good every time I see the face that changes day by day. The chin is also a jutting chin, so I always wondered why it looked like this, and now I have two types of double jaw + contour angle, is it the end of the clown chin...?
The surgery went well, so I'm fine now.

Day 18 The day of surgery
I don't remember how I got into the hospital room after the surgery. I read the reviews, but I was surprised to see that I really had no memory.
I had no mind at all. The nurses also told me to wake up and say that I shouldn't lower my head, but when I thought about it, it was normal to wake up quickly ^^;;
The first day is bloody pee line! There was nothing I could do about this. My back hurts and my butt hurts because I can't sleep and sit down.
I just wanted to say it when I saw that my nose was gradually getting blocked.
Still, I think I slept for 10 to 20 minutes, and the best thing other than being sick and uncomfortable was my jaw! I was so happy and thrilled to see that it went in.
The nurses also said they would take care of me, and I was grateful that they kept checking my condition and ice packs every 30 minutes to 1 hour all night. Also, Dr. Lee Seok-jae, who operated on me, also checked my condition after surgery, and the surgery went well.
I was relieved when he told me not to worry haha ​​Thank you so much for making me a human being.

Day 19 Day 2
Maybe because I couldn't sleep all night, the kind nurse removed the pee line early in the morning because I wasn't having a hard time.
Director Lee Seok-jae also checked the progress of the surgery from the 1st day and was distracted... I saw that the director kept checking the condition several times, so I think I was more sure that the surgery went well!!!
From the 2nd day, the swelling seemed to rise more and more. On the first day right after the surgery, my older sister took a picture and there was no swelling.
I did it, but it swells a lot ^^;; But now I think I can live. It's easy to move, and Director Lee Seok-jae also went to work early to get rid of blood pain, so I thought I lived a little longer ^^;;
On the second day, I slept better than on the first day, so I think I spent the day in a different way~ haha

20 days 3 days discharge
The long discharge from hospital is finally approaching. I think the 3rd day was the peak of facial swelling. Before being discharged, the director once again compared the CT picture before and after surgery, and once again I thought that the facial bones could change like that~
I didn't know doctors and nurses well, but the doctors and nurses working in the hospital are really hard.

When I got home, my parents smiled brightly and were really happy that the surgery went well.
My parents smiled, so I felt good too, so I smiled and welcomed them. Today was a really pleasant day.

Day 4 on the 21st
I don't think I had anything to do today. Since I was discharged from the hospital, I couldn't get the nutrient solution, so my stomach was a little hungry and there was no energy until the 4th day.
My nose gets stuffy if there's something special... But, it's a little easier when I gently scrape it off with a cotton swab, and they give me Otrivin every time, so I've been able to endure it. I eat one New Care for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and one pumpkin juice.
It seems to have been okay, perhaps because of the sap power. I went out of town for a while and gave up on feeling dizzy and came home.

Day 5 on the 22nd
It's been 5 days. It's been a little difficult. Especially since there's nothing to eat, I ate only one New Care for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I'm very, very, very hungry, and I'm more weak and saggy than yesterday.
I wondered if I was eating too little. So, in the afternoon, I felt like I was going to die, so I ordered my sister to eat various fruits and yogurt, and I started grinding them and eating them.
The dizziness disappeared and it started to get better.

Day 6 on the 23rd
I started taking various supplements because I remembered how hard I had suffered yesterday.
Today, I thought I could exercise to see if my stomach was strong, so I went to exercise because there was a small hill near the neighborhood Yay!!!
It went uphill for a while, and when I went up slowly, I saw that I was out of breath, so I went up to 10% and gave up and came down.
It's a mountain that takes less than 30 minutes round trip, but it was a very high mountain for me. I wanted to climb it like crazy, but I gave up thinking about tomorrow!!!

Day 7 on the 24th
Today, my parents asked me to go to the hospital to get fluid, as if they were worried because I couldn't eat anything.
I said the wrong thing, so I went with my mother. I got the best and most expensive infusion, and my mother was really impressed.
Come on with that power!! Go to the mountain I couldn't climb yesterday!! ㅋ This time, it's about 20%~30%.
Did you think too much of me...^^;;

25th Day 8 Hospital Visit
Today is the first day I'm going to the hospital. I was very worried about getting sick because it was the day I had cheekbone surgery and had cheek stitches pulled out.
Fortunately, it just ended without feeling anything. I was a little nervous, but it went over easily, so it was nice to have a hug. I was wondering if the hospital family could see it a little bit
It was a pity that the director also went to the conference and couldn't see it, but I want to see all of them on my next visit.
They said that it should be made with water, or that it should be ground without any dry ingredients. ㅠ But now it's just a little bit more to give the body strength, so it's delicious later.
I thought let's eat a lot~ heh aja aja fighting~!
 
 26th ~ May 1st Week 2
Last week, I had no strength at all, so honestly, it was a bit difficult, and my head still hurts and I feel dizzy.
The reality is liquid diet...ㅋㅋㅋ On the 4th or 5th day, the bruises creep up, and now they come down to the neck.
It's fortunate~ ㅋ These days, thanks to the nutrient sap, I go up to the top of the mountain in the morning and ride a bicycle in the afternoon~ ㅋ I went to the Seoul Forest Ecological Park and saw deer for the first time in a while.
It was good. I feel good because I'm sweating, maybe it's because I can use my strength now, but I feel like I'm really going to live now that my headaches and dizziness are gone.
It makes me feel good to see how my face changes day by day~ haha ​​By the way, the cheekbones are uneven!! When will this be okay? Haha
I also do it often, so it seems that my two chins are disappearing a little bit~ haha ​​And I wonder if my mother likes the fact that my face surgery went well~

I've been teased a lot since I was little, so I hate my face a bit, so I don't take pictures and don't meet my friends... ㅜ I should have decided to have surgery soon.
I couldn't do it because I was afraid of surgery~ I think I did a really good job this time~ I never thought I'd have double jaw surgery at my age of 40.
I thought I did a really good job at Y Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. It was a risky surgery and I was very worried.
 
May 2, 2nd week hospital visit
Today is finally the 2nd week of hospital visits~Last week, I had stitches on my cheekbones removed and it didn't hurt at all, but looking at the comments on the stitches in my mouth, some people said they were painful.
There were people who said it didn't hurt, but I could tolerate the other side of the mouth thread, but it hurt a little when I pulled out the thread on the inside of the mouth. I tried to endure it, but the pain was... lol
I felt good seeing the hospital family after a long time. The director also went to a conference last week, so I didn't see him, but it was nice to see him today, and the director also saw my face.
It felt good to hear that the swelling had gone down a lot. It was nice to be able to eat Mieum from today.
Still, being able to eat Mieum... It's a pleasure! Haha And from the 2nd week onwards, I'm brushing my teeth, but I can't open my mouth too much, so brushing my teeth is a bit inconvenient~
After a while, I have to practice opening my mouth, and I have to practice facial expressions... There are a lot of things I need to do.
 
May 3rd - 8th Week 3
I thought there would be a lot of things I could eat after removing the stitches, but there aren't any.
They told me to drink it all, so I just drank it all haha ​​I want to chew, rip, and taste it quickly hahahahaha These days, what I eat is Mieum, New Care, Vegemil, and various fruit juices....
Still, I think it's fortunate that my stamina is increasing. I rode a mountain road and bike every day, so my stamina went up a lot, so I felt good.
I'm going to go to work in a little while, but I'm a bit worried, but I think I'll be able to do well... ㅋ It's been over 20 days since the surgery, but I'm always hungry&^^;;
So today, my mother made steamed egg for the first time. I shouldn't eat it, but I just drank it with a gulp.
Eating food made me feel good~ haha ​​Today, my sister and nephew came to visit after a long time. My nephew saw my face and said, Wow~!~!~! Samchun's face is so handsome!
^;;;; As expected, I feel good!!! haha ​​I gave my nephew some pocket money because I was in a good mood~ I was still in middle school, so 10,000 won....should I have given more... haha
 
May 9th (Week 3 hospital visit) ~ 10th
Before visiting the hospital, I went to the dentist today after a long time. It's already been over 2 years since I had orthodontic treatment.
It would have been nice if we did it all at once, but that's a bit disappointing. The dentist I go to now is famous and good!
All the nurses praised the dental director and nurses that the surgery went well~^^;;
Still, looking at the past, I think the surgery went well.
It was the first time I knew it~ But I think I need to correct it~ ㅋ Today is my 3rd visit to the hospital~ I also received laser treatment for swelling
As expected today, the chief looked at my face and complimented me pleasantly, saying that the surgery went really well~ haha
They say you can eat porridge from today... The manager said you shouldn't chew it yet. It was very sad. When will I be able to chew it again?
It makes me think again. I'm worried about returning to work next week... ㅠ
It's been 24 days since the surgery. Now the swelling has gone down a lot, but I think it's gone by 60%. Still candy swelling... Tuduk.... Little bit of cheekbones.... How do I solve this?! lol
Still, I think it's good that I have a mother. Even if I don't say anything, the pumpkin juice and pumpkin porridge help me a lot to get rid of swelling quickly.
I hadn't thought about it, but after correcting and having surgery, I thought the surgery went well.
