Hello, on Monday, November 7th, I had bimaxillary (three types of contour) surgery from Dr. Lee Seok-jae.

Ever since I was little, I had no confidence in my face because of my angular chin, protruding chin, and large head. Because of that, I was teased and my self-esteem was always low. In my 20s, I made up my mind to save money and do surgery, but my parents opposed and did not have the courage. I was afraid to take off my mask because I heard people around me saying that I was a magician after the corona broke out and I was wearing a mask. I made up my mind to do orthognathic surgery and looked for a hospital, but I saw Dr. Lee Seok-jae's video on YouTube and made an appointment for a consultation. I didn't even go to another hospital. After consultation, I put down the down payment and waited for the date of departure. The surgery was scheduled for the next day after leaving the company. Honestly, should I cancel it even the day before the surgery?

However, I didn't want to be stressed about my face anymore, so I mustered up the courage to visit my mother holding her hand on the day of surgery.

For the two jaws, he put 2mm in the upper jaw and 7mm in the lower jaw, and said that the outline would proceed as naturally as possible, so we decided to proceed only with the director's words. None of my opinions were included. I think I believed that much. Before entering the operating room, I hugged my mother and cried a lot on the way to the operating room. I was so afraid and scared.

I am grateful to the nurse who held my hand tightly and said that it was okay and that when I woke up, the operation would be over with both hands.

I went into the operating room at 10 o'clock, told her my height and weight, and the cold medicine I was taking, and immediately fell asleep. When I came to my senses, I entered the hospital room with the help of a nurse, and it was very difficult to breathe and the pressure on my face was amazing. lived Oh, the thought passed quickly. Her mother said she was alive and she could be seen crying and said she struggled that she was too cold. It's her chin and nothing moves, but I must have been too cold. The director told my mother that the surgery went well and that there was a bit of bleeding due to the large amount of muscle in the jaw unlike other people. I went to see a lot of western music reviews and thought that the first day would be the hardest. It was really hard to breathe. I put on a song to keep from falling asleep, and I was told to breathe slowly, but it wasn't as easy as it sounds. I breathed in quickly and exhaled. They change the ice pack, but it melts quickly, probably because my face is hot. They gave me water around 9 o'clock, but it was really hard to drink water. I couldn't eat a few times and sat like a corpse and focused only on breathing. I think I spent the first day with my eyes wide open.

The morning after surgery (Tuesday).

Urine tube and gauze connected to the nose? I took it out, but it was okay to breathe a little bit because I removed the one connected to my nose.

I met the director, took out the blood bag, and taught me how to put a wafer on. He told me to take a little walk, but I kept getting pressure on my face so much that I couldn't move. I don't feel dizzy, but I feel like blood is pumping to my chin in my cells? I didn't think I had a fever, but the thermometer seemed to show a lot of fever. The nurses came from time to time and took my temperature and blood pressure. The director also came to check on me, and I received antipyretics and pain relief injections after a long time.

On the day of discharge (Wednesday), they gave me an ice pack, but I thought I couldn't do it with one, so I bought another one. My family came to pick me up and I went a little more comfortably. As soon as I arrived, I washed my nose bleeding and it was the day I saw myself properly in the mirror.

November 10th (Thursday). Today, the swelling on my face peaked. My whole face was so hot that the pressure was rising, and I felt like my face was about to explode. It was so stuffy that I couldn't breathe. With the thought that the compression band should come first or breathing first, I barely filled the pressure band for 30 minutes today and took it off right away..

I have no strength in my whole body, so I haven't taken a walk since I was discharged. After reading the reviews, I went up to the rooftop and walked for 30 minutes. When I get up after walking for a bit, exercising, or sitting down, the nosebleeds keep coming out, probably because the pressure is on my face.

Every time my nose is stuffy, I gently remove the scab with a cotton swab, and I put a towel around my neck to wipe it off whenever my saliva flows.

I took one soy milk morning pill in the morning, half a soy milk lunch pill at lunch, four soy milk in the evening, and the evening pill.

My face was insanely hot, the pressure was severe, and my stomach was shaking, so I really wanted to die like this. It was the first day she had surgery and regretted it: her stomach was so sore that she couldn't sleep properly, but her upper and lower teeth were throbbing, which she hadn't felt before. My teeth are tingling and I feel like someone is pulling my teeth down.

November 11 (Friday). My stomach couldn't stand soy milk, so I ate steamed egg. I also ate corn soup, and from today, it was a day to use warm compresses instead of cold compresses, so I bought a warm compress and did my best with warm compresses.

*Food - steamed egg, soft tofu, corn soup, together ice cream

* Sit down and sleep. Dental pain continues.

November 12 (Saturday)

Every morning I wake up with a cough. I put more force on my face to keep from coughing. I felt a little less swelling than yesterday. The tingling feeling covering the face has also decreased very slightly. Nosebleeds and phlegm continue to come out.

*Food- Steamed egg, soft tofu, corn soup, castella, ground and rolled in milk.

*20 minutes of walking, sitting and sleeping

*Because of tooth pain, I removed the wafer and washed it. (Buy a waterpik when washing, everyone!! It's the best!!)

November 13 (Sunday). I slept with a pressure bandage on, but woke up every two hours. I didn't wear a pressure bandage anymore for the last time on this day because the pressure on my face seemed to be more concentrated.

*Food - steamed egg, soft tofu, corn soup, pudding

*30 minutes of walking, sitting and sleeping

*I still have tooth pain.

November 14th (Monday.) Today is the one week anniversary of the double jaw surgery. I only woke up twice in the morning and slept for a long time. I still sit and sleep, but I can see the swelling is gone and my lips are also less swollen. The pain in my front and lower teeth is getting worse and worse.

I didn't have a nosebleed today!! However, the saliva flows so much that I can't control it. It must be because my lips don't close. I'm really speechless when it comes to removing wafers, but I can do it a little bit. I bought a tongue cleaner because I couldn't clean my tongue.

*Food - Persimmon, Strawberry Eating, Corn Soup, Steamed Egg

*30 minutes of walking, sitting and sleeping

*I still have tooth pain.

November 15th (Tuesday) Today was the day to untie the stitches on the cheekbones, disinfect the mouth, and go to the hospital. Every time I walked, it was difficult to walk because the pressure around my square jaw and front jaw increased, perhaps because of gravity or because of blood circulation. Everyone is not under pressure, but there was no such content in the reviews. It was nice to see the faces of the nurses and teachers I haven't seen in a long time since I arrived at the hospital. I wore an eyepatch because the veins in my eye burst, and director Lee Seok-jae asked if there was something wrong with my eye. so sweet. After removing the stitches from the cheekbone surgery, I took out a wafer in my mouth, but the teacher asked if I had taken the wafer out, so I was scolded that I had taken it out and said that I shouldn't take it out now. You said that the swelling has gone down more than the first time.

*Food-Eat persimmon, strawberry *Soup + Castella bread crumbs + Steamed egg + Soft tofu * Rice flour

* Lost 3 kg in weight

* I sit down to sleep and have tooth pain.

November 16th (Wednesday) I'm constantly using warm compresses. My mouth opens to some extent and saliva continues to flow.

*Food-Steamed Egg + Soft Tofu *Soup + Sweet Potato *Eat Persimmon and Watermelon *Together Ice Cream *Rice Powder

* I sit down to sleep and have tooth pain.

November 17th (Thursday) I slept for the first time today! I still feel the pressure coming back, but it's much better than sitting down to sleep. It's easier to breathe.

*Food-eggs+soft tofu*Eat watermelon, persimmon, and strawberries*Eat muncher*

*30 minutes walk

* Persistent tooth pain

November 18 (Friday). The swelling has gone down noticeably and the neckline looks thinner. Now my lips are closed and I feel less drooling.

*Food- Soup + Sweet Potato *Mushrooms*Eat red persimmon, watermelon*Steamed egg +soft tofu*Rice powder

*1 hour walk

*I still have tooth pain.

November 19 (Saturday). The third day of sleeping in bed. It's hard to lie on your side. My cheekbones hurt. The mouth opens a little better.

Except for the forehead, all the sensations around the eyes are tingling. My teeth are still tingling and throbbing, so I'm worried about side effects.

*Food- Soup + Sweet Potato *Mushrooms* Persimmon, Watermelon Grind *Steamed Egg + Soft Tofu

November 20 (Sunday)

I do the same warm compress and this pain continues.

*Food-Steamed egg + Soft tofu*Breaking monshell*Persimmon, watermelon*Rice flour*Steamed sweet potato

*No change in weight after losing 3 kg

November 21st (Monday) It's been 2 weeks since Yangakhan!

I really regretted taking the two jaws when the swelling was at its peak, but as the swelling gradually subsided and my breathing became easier, I think it's true that everyone just needs to suffer for a week. There are many foods I want to eat, but I believe time will be short.

My mother watched my surgery scene until the end. You cried when you saw it, but the director and nurse said that there was a woman who said that they worked well together and did a good job. Big money, but no regrets.
