hello
This is the review of the 3rd month of Yangak
To be precise, it is a review that is closer to the last 4 months, rather than 3 months.
Due to the nature of the work, it is the busiest company at the beginning of the year and the end of the year.
(For convenience, I wrote it like a diary. If you are curious about past reviews, please click <here> .)

1. Swelling seems proportional to time
Apparently, two months after the surgery, I felt like I was eating 2 candies every day...
Now it feels like biting into a small baby candy. But from the looks of it, there doesn't seem to be any swelling at all.
This seems to be the biggest difference between two months after surgery. When other people saw me, they said I felt a little awkward.
They say there's not much of that now. It feels like something is becoming more and more natural.
However, the feeling in the inside of the mouth is definitely different from before surgery, but there is a slight uncomfortable feeling.
Should I say it's slightly swollen?
Anyway, there is a surgical scar in my mouth, so the uncomfortable feeling is still there. I feel like this is getting better too.
2. A lot of limitations are disappearing
The limited part is... First of all, I think I can talk about the food that can be consumed.
Until the second month, it was difficult to eat hard foods such as radish kimchi, but now everything is possible.
You can eat almost any food without restriction. However, I try not to eat hard food on my own.
I can eat it, but my jaw hurts a bit after eating it.
So, except for too hard food, I am eating very well.
3. Senses
Um... This part is the most ambiguous... There is definitely a feeling that the senses are gradually revived after one month and two months.
4. Oral exercise
I am doing a lot of oral exercise. At first, I thought I could only fit one and a half fingers, but now I can fit two and a half to three fingers.
According to the director, 3 should be enough for 3 months, but I'm not good enough to go in 3 yet.
I live this much, but there seems to be no problem, but sometimes it is inconvenient to eat bulky food such as hamburgers or sandwiches.
ah! I was eating a big banana the other day, but it got caught in my mouth and I cut it and ate it (I barely had a banana...)
5. Disadvantages & Advantages
More than 3 months have passed since the surgery... It's more uncomfortable in every part than before the surgery.
My mouth doesn't open too much yet, and my jaw gets tired quickly when I eat something and it hurts.
But when I think about it... not much time has passed yet, so I think this might be a natural part.
The good thing is... I am most satisfied with the exterior except for the sensory function.
In fact, the biggest reasons for deciding to undergo surgery are external changes and aesthetic satisfaction. Even if there are other inconveniences, the aesthetic satisfaction is great, so you accept the discomfort?
It seems that this expression is correct. Of course, it would be great if the functions and senses before surgery were continued and only external changes were made, but I wonder if that is possible.
It seems to be such a surgery that if you gain something, you lose a little bit.
I hear a lot of good things from people who see me for the first time in a while, saying the same thing: why did I become slimmer?
However, I actually lost a lot of weight.
Before the surgery, I weighed 72-73 kg, but now I am maintaining 66-67 kg. When I gain weight, the swelling doesn't go down, so I'm trying to control it.
anyway i'm still satisfied
Other Yangak people are also getting better as time passes, so don't worry too much and cheer up!
