It was nice that the hospital was very clean and tidy since it had just opened.
The staff are kind, and after consulting with the manager first, I met the director, and the manager explained things very kindly and easily.
After simply listening, the director came in and touched my face, explained the asymmetry, facial shape and muscles, and showed me before-after photos of what kind of surgery would be performed and how it would be performed, telling me in detail.
I had a lot of trouble with the surgery date because of my job, but I was really, really grateful that the director coordinated it well. 

The picture was taken when I was discharged the day after surgery, but the front chin was a bit more swollen. I slightly reduced the square and chin and moved it backwards. 
On the day of surgery, I arrived 30 minutes before the appointment, received a prescription for medicine, and had one last consultation with the director before surgery. The surgery ended a little earlier than expected! It was a little difficult, but I was grateful that the nurse on duty took care of me so well.. She came to check on me from time to time, such as ice packs and blood pressure checks. On the morning of the 2nd day, the director looked at it, removed the blood bag, received a swelling laser, received an ice pack and precautions, etc. I was discharged safely. There is still a lot of swelling, but it seems that the lines of the lower limbs have become thinner. I hope the swelling goes down soon.
I got some bruises on the 5th day after the surgery. However, the angle has disappeared more than before! The tip of the chin has shrunk a little and looks indented! I'll have to get into it more to know, but heh I'm satisfied that I can see that I've definitely changed ^^ 

It's been 2 weeks and 1 day since the surgery. 
Yesterday, the stitches were removed, the swelling laser was managed, and the director checked the results and X-rays. The tip of the chin is definitely shorter than before, and it looks a bit tucked in and slimmer! The angle under the ear was very long, but it got shorter by less than half haha ​​I am very satisfied and there is almost no pain or discomfort anymore! I can't open my mouth wide yet, and I think I can eat most of the food if it's not hard. I started brushing my teeth a little over a week later with a baby toothbrush (careful), and it became much more comfortable as I sewed stitches. T _ T _ T I was craving it in the beginning, but it was uncomfortable, so I didn't do it and neglected it, but it was my mistake. The swelling went down slowly, so the nurses at the hospital told me that you have to do well to help the swelling go down quickly and prevent sagging, so I'm going to try again.
