진료과목 Facial Bone Contouring Surgery
제목 2 types of contour (front chin + square chin + deep cheek removal) surgery review Why Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

For a long time, I decided to have surgery because of the complex of my broad face (U-shaped face + long chin).

When I go to a consultation, I take a basic x-ray and CT scan of my face. After filming, I had a consultation with the manager first, and then I consulted with the director. First of all, I decided to listen to what the director had to say about my face. He just pointed out the U-shaped face and long chin that I could see. Of course ㅠㅠ And he also told me that he had developed muscles because he was too proud of things that were hard, and that he had removed his deep cheeks!

He said that he looked young when he was wearing a mask, but when he took it off, he looked older, perhaps because of his long chin.

The reason why I became more confident and trustworthy after receiving counseling

•More than 10 years of experience

•Surgery system for one representative director

Schedule 1-2 surgeries per day

Personally, I really liked Y Gugang because it seems to focus on one patient per day rather than the tight surgery schedule like other hospitals.

As long as it's not a simple surgery, it's right that I have to get a consultation here and compare it, but once I liked it, there was no meaning anywhere else. So, I set a surgery date for the next week.

Day 2 - Day 2 of surgery

I arrived at the hospital with a half worried + half thrilled heart.

Before the surgery, I consulted with the director for the last time and prepared for the surgery. At this time, I was thinking about removing the deep cheek.

After the consultation, I changed my clothes, disinfected my mouth, went to the bathroom, and went straight to the operating room. Suddenly, I was so scared. ..

I was taken to the hospital room in a daze at the sound of waking me up.

I was really not crazy.

Go in at 10:30 and go to the hospital room at 12:30!

From this point on, for two hours, the side of my jaw that had the surgery was so sore.

Really... As soon as I got to the hospital room, I started applying cold compresses and sat down to wait for the time to pass.

The surgeon came to the hospital right after the surgery.

Since I was so crazy, he said he would come back later and left haha

Change the cold compress once every two hours, and you can drink water 6 hours after the surgery! After two hours that were the most painful, I was waiting for the time to drink water, and I thought I was going to live after drinking water.

I rang the bell every two hours and called the nurse and asked me to keep changing the ice pack and whined about when the painkiller would be released.

The only place I can rely on is the nurse sister ㅠㅠ But how kind she really is!!

Maybe it's because I keep getting fluids, but I go to the bathroom so often. Every time I press the bell, they come running right away and take care of me all night.

The director came to the ward two or three times to tell me that the surgery went well, and I felt even more relieved!

I spent the day cold like that.

I think I was fine if I endured it for 2 hours immediately after surgery!

The surgical site is hot, so keep applying cold compresses.

They gave me painkillers and antibiotics in between, so it was tolerable after that.

My neck didn't hurt as much as I thought, and my nose was rather sore.

(* Single room + 24-hour close care by a nurse in charge!!)

It was really really good!!

Days 3 to 7 after surgery

My swelling was at its peak at this time.

Can the real face swell like this? It swells up to the point where I think it might burst. I started to see bruises that were not noticeable as they fell. The bruises went away in about a week, so I didn't worry too much.

I asked if I could apply bruise cream, but he said it didn't work.

I used to use cold compresses, but from the 5th day, I worked hard on warm compresses!

I kept doing it whenever I had a chance to crave it!

Walk for an hour or two a day!

I went for a walk with a feeling of hunger, but I felt that the swelling was better because my face was sweating. personal thought

On the first week, I went to the hospital, disinfected the incision in the mouth, and received a swelling laser.

For food, I ate porridge for 2-3 days the day after surgery.

After that, I ate ramen noodles and rice in soup and ate mainly soft eggs. I open my mouth better than others. I also brushed my teeth with a baby toothbrush from the 3rd day.

Pumpkin juice is one packet each morning and evening!

And it's been two months now!

Right after the surgery, the big swelling disappeared, and now it's a war against small swelling haha

3 to 6 months for the director? I think it's true that it will continue to fall out for a year.

At some point, there is an area where the swelling goes down slowly.

There is a feeling of swelling in the mouth and a lump in the chin, and it feels itchy or tingling in the middle.

Looking for it, I think this is the process of returning the senses!!

Still, I'm waiting for the swelling to subside without much discomfort.

I took a selfie after surgery, and I'm so satisfied.

Be sure to get it together. Highly recommended!!
